실내는 1인이 사용하기에는 적당하고 온수도 만족하고 PC도 비치되어 업무처리도 할 수 있었고 특히 프런트 직원도 친절하였음. 그리고 간단히 먹을수 있는 조식도 비치되어 있고 룸에서 편리하게 배달서비스 이용이 가능함

방 청결은 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 방 크기는 사진과 다르게 생각보다 많이 좁아서 불편한 부분이 좀 있었지만 이틀간 지내기엔 크게 불편함은 앖었습니다.

흡연실에서 자는 듯한 경험

흡연실에서 자는 느낌이었어요 이틀 연박중 계속 창문을 열어 뒀는데 방에 쩔은 담배냄새와 다른 방과 욕실에서 계속 담배연기가 들어오는 것 같았어요 최악의 경험이었네요

크리스마스 파티하러고 예약했었는데 풍선으로 꾸며져 있고 소품도 있어서 활용하기 좋았어요 방도 깨끗하긴했는데 바닥이 좀 덜 깨끗했는지 흰양말이 좀 까매지더라구요 그거 외에는 좋았습니당

금연방이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠구요, 예약할땐 몰랐는데 주변이 다 술집 모텔들.... 그래도 들어가서 방은 깨끗했던거같아요 리모델링 다시하신거 같았고 침대는 예민하신 분들은 편하진않으실거에요ㅠ 제가 그 예민한 분이라... 불편했거든요 그래도 침구는 깨끗한 편이었던거같아요 화장실도 그렇고 사진보다 룸사이즈는 꽤 작습니다. 응대해주신 직원분들은 친절했습니다. 바로옆 공영주차장이 주차장이라 주차걱정은 안하셔도될듯

체크인?

예약을 하고 오후4시쯤 도착해서 체크인하려고 했더니 갑자기 체크인 시간이 18시라고 직원이 이야기한다. 무슨 호텔 체크인 시간이 저녁 6시란 말인지. 옆에 있던 직원이 '그냥 해줘'라고 하는데 그것도 기분이 나쁘더라. 오후 4시에 입실하면서 이런 기분 느끼기는 처음이다. 텅텅빈 지하 주차장을 놔두고 발레파깅 하는 사람이 지상 공용 주차장에 차를 두는데, 그럴거면 지하주차장은 왜 만들었는지. 솔직히 이 호텔은 비추.

플럼호텔..대만족했어요~^^

올 여름 너무너무 더워서 실외 활동은 자제하고 호텔에서 편히 쉬고 오자고 가족들과 합의를 하고 처음으로 호텔을 예약했어요..마침 파티룸이 있고 가능 인원도 넉넉한 플럼호텔을 발견! 기대반 걱정반으로 동생네와 가게 되었는데요.. 처음엔 중복 예약이 되었다고 해서 조금 난감하기도 했었는데 사장님께서 배려해주시고 친절하게 처리해주셔서 만족! 입실하여 깨끗한 실내(참고새 건물 조하*^^* 참고로 지하 주차장은 공사 중이였음ㅋ), 노래방 시설! 요즘 핫한 스타일러! 게다가 인덕션까지 있더라고요.. 입구에 비치된 아이스크림/간단히 아침을 해결할 수 있는 식빵,딸기잼 등 사장님의 세심한 배려가 만족감 두배! 였어요.. 위치는 오이도에서 가깝고 근처에 식당도 많고, 5분~10분 거리에 번화가도 있어서 식사 해결하기에도 굿! 저희는 케이크 사다 파티하고 치킨 시켜먹고 잘 놀다 왔어요..조금 선선해지면 또 가렵니다!
