The rooms were clean. I paid more for suite hoping for a better view and was on the first floor with virtually no view at all. The staff said they were fully booked and would try again in a couple days to relocate us but we never heard another word. There were very few staff members that appeared happy in general and the female security guards were extremely rude every single day. Cabs are not readily available at this resort, and the security guards act like it’s a problem to call for one. The restaurant/bar on the beach is overpriced and those staff members are rude too. You also must get to the beach by 8am if you want an umbrella, otherwise Elvis will claim it’s too windy to put one up. Overall, this resort should be a three star at most and I would never go back. The locals in Aruba and Jamaica are FAR MORE FRIENDLY than these locals.

We weren't able to get into our room until after 4pm. The staff seemed unimpressed with our annoyance. Although they verbally expressed their regrets for the delay, they did not seem at all sincere. The room was clean and neat, no complaints there. The facility is massive, having 4 pools and many residents around the walkways, but never giving a crowded or chaotic feeling. It's a nice place if you like spacious resorts, but not for those who prefer a cozy more intimate envionment.
