Apartment with terrace located within the residential complex "Benacus 2", with shared pools for adults and for children, jacuzzi area and children's playground, in Sirmione.



This amazing apartment is located in the first floor provided with an elevator, a garage, extra outdoor parking space and free Wi-Fi. The entrance opens onto the living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave, an orange juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster. From the living room, guests have access to the private terrace provided from dining table, which offers a lovely setting for daily and evening relax. The apartment continues with two wide bedrooms, one coming with a queen size bed and wardrobe and the second one with two single beds, and a contemporary fitted bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Both bedrooms overlook the back terrace and have wonderful finishings, as the parquet flooring.



*The shared pool is available from April 30th till October 5th. Swimming cap is required.

For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.

Wohnung in StrandnÀhe mit Macken

Insgesamt war die Wohnung zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Allerdings waren der Tisch, 2 StĂŒhle, eine Liege, der WĂ€schestĂ€nder und das Terrassenlicht kaputt. Anscheinend wird die FunktionsfĂ€higkeit nicht ĂŒberprĂŒft. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief gut und es wurde ein neuer Tisch, StĂŒhle und eine Liege besorgt. Der Tisch war leider recht klein fĂŒr 4 Personen. Der Pool und die NĂ€he zum Strand sind Pluspunkte. Unsere Schlafzimmer lagen in Richtung Kreisverkehr, was vom LĂ€rm her beeintrĂ€chtigte. FĂŒr 3 Tage war es insgesamt ok.

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub

Wir haben hier zwei wundervolle Wochen zu Viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auf der Terrasse lĂ€sst es sich wunderbar entspannen. Ich fand die Aussicht auf den Pool und die angrenzenden mediterranen GebĂ€ude sehr schön. Eben dieser Pool ist auch ein ganz besonderes Highlight. Sehr schön zum entspannen (man kann auch mal Bahnen schwimmen), ebenso wie fĂŒr Kinder geeignet. Es gibt einen Spielplatz und eine Wiese. Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und es gibt einen LifeGuard, der am Pool fĂŒr ein sicheres GefĂŒhl sorgt. In der NĂ€he der Wohnung befinden sich GeschĂ€fte vom Supermarkt bis zum Surfbrettverleih. Freitags ist zwei Minuten entfernt Markt, der Gardasee lĂ€sst sich in fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Sirmione und Peschera sind mit dem Auto ebenso leicht und schnell erreichbar. Nur einen kleinen Stern abzug gibt es, weil die Sonnenliegen erneuert werden könnten/mĂŒssten. Die eine vorhandene Liege war sehr instabil, diese konnten wir am Pool nicht nutzen. Wir haben es uns aber auf der Wiese gemĂŒtlich gemacht, das war ebenso schön. Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Gegend und eine schöne Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn verblijf gehad

Het verblijf was prima in dit appartement. De schoonmaak had iets beter gekund, maar de locatie en het zwembad waren helemaal prima voor ons. Ook het strand was dichtbij en er zit een erg goede koffiezaak net onder het appartement.

Lejlighed super, dog ingen AC. Masser af kÞkkengrej, rent og pÊnt. LÊkker pool. StÞrste udfordring er at nÞgleudlevering er svÊr at finde og ligger 12 km vÊk fra lejligheden(modsat retning fra motorvejen=30-45 minutters ekstra rejsetid ved GardasÞen i hÞjsÊson pÄ en fredag eller sÞndag). Vi vil gerne bo samme sted igen, men vil forsÞge at finde en anden udlejer. Garage under lejlighedskomplekset, men vores bil (autoboks)kunne dog ikke komme ind pga lav loftshÞjde. Gode parkeringsmuligheder udenfor. Restauranter og supermarkeder tÊt pÄ.
