This area is located closer to the kitchen, which is completely independent and is equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic hob...) The entire apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The apartment can be accessed by elevator as it is located on the fourth floor.

- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
