This well-presented apartment is located near Market Square in the centre of Sleaford, yet still has the advantage of being set away from the main road, making it a peaceful place to stay.

There is fast WIFI and smart TVs in every room for guest to enjoy an array of apps including Netflix.

It is a 5 minute walk to the train station with fast transport links to Lincoln, Grantham, Peterborough and London.

A number of highly rated restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance.

The space
You first enter the apartment in to the hallway with the bright, open plan living room and Kitchen on your right and two bedrooms down the hallway to the left, one boasting a comfortable queen size bed and the other with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath with showerhead over and guests can enjoy complimentary toiletries. There is a seating area at the front of the apartment with a secure garden.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
