Both the rooms was not cleaned at all, beds not made, garbage not collected or emptied Reception staff not friendly except for the Gentleman when we checked out. Hot water was never hot so we had to keep requesting hot water for tea. The corridor to our rooms were cold Will never go there again.

This app keeps resetting on me. The staff did well with what they had. The place is starting to look a little run down from years past ( bathroom doors deteriorating, minimal amenities not filled, vending not available etc);. Being that the hotel was being used as a transient hotel staff did their best at bridging that gap between people comfortable staying there as a home and those traveling from out of state.

The sheets were so thin you could see through them. My tub plug was broken and so I couldn't get it to drain. My daughter's room has a broken mini refrigerator with mold in it. On a positive note -staff were very nice and it was clean.

The room and bedding was clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Heat was noisy as it continuously turned on and off. There was no hot water in the morning, which is unacceptable. Manager could not partly refund because the room was booked via a third party. She suggested I contact them to adjust the cost of the room.The breakfast was just okay. Hash fries were cold. Footsteps from the room upstairs could be heard all the time.
