Nestled high in the Kiamichi Mountains, this peaceful retreat offers easy access to the Talimena Scenic Drive, the vast Ouachita National Forest and an easy drive to Broken Bow. Surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh mountain air, it’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a memorable getaway with family and friends.
We’re centrally located near several popular attractions and just off Indian Highway, giving you a quick 35-minute drive straight to Hochatown.
Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow offer plenty to do—great restaurants, live music, breweries, wineries, ice cream shops, shopping, trout fishing, go-karts, escape rooms, bowling, and more.
To the north (35–55 minutes), you’ll find Talimena State Park, the Ouachita Trail, Sardis Lake, Clayton Lake State Park, Cedar Lake, Heavener Runestone Park, and Winding Stair Mountain. Robber’s Cave State Park is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
Right near the cabin, there’s public WMA hunting land across the road. Little Rock Creek on our property connects to Little River just down the way—great for kayaking, rafting, and fishing.
Honobia is a small, charming town with a café/mini-grocery store perfect for quick items. It also serves delicious burgers, fried pickles, and more, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner available most days.
