The house is a fully self-contained in a country style accommodation, Neat but Honest.
Black out blinds installed for a good night's sleep.
Air Conditioned in the Dining/Lounge and the far bedroom at the end of the passage.
ideal temp to set Aircons is at 22' for winter and Summer, a ceiling fan has been installed in the bedroom opposite the laundry for summer use, keep all leading doors and windows closed for the units to work effectively during the hot summer days.
A wood heater for winter use if you should desire to use it.

Rain water supplied to the Kitchen sink.
Use rainwater only in the electric Kettle.
