This home is designed for the perfect beach, boating and golf vacation. Located in the luxury gated community of Ocean Sound Village, the beach is at your doorstep. A public boat ramp is less than a half mile away, and North Carolinaâs only 4 star golf course, the North Shore Golf Club, is only 2 miles away.
Visitors to this home are greeted by a landscaped yard, as the house is set back from the road, allowing for privacy and plenty of room for parking. Entrance to the home is accessible by stairs or by using the convenient home elevator.
Reverse-style living offers spectacular views from the top floor, which includes a living room with sliding glass doors to the deck, a dining room with ocean and sound views, a fully equipped kitchen, a magnificent oversized master bedroom and a large guest bedroom.
The lower living level includes a TV/video game room, laundry room and 4 additional bedrooms (one with a handicapped accessible bathroom with shower), all of which overlook either the ocean or the sound. WiFi is provided.
The many decks around the house, a gas grill, hot tub, 2 enclosed outdoor showers and a convenient walkway to the beach offer visitors a wonderful way to enjoy life on the ocean. With its handicap accessibility, this home is a delightful vacation spot for families of all ages.
There is a private pool with a ramp for wheelchair access from garage level to pool enclosure.

Restrictive covenants in Ocean Sound Village provide for no parking allowed anywhere other than garages and driveways. Vehicles are subject to towing at owner's expense. Please consider this when making reservations or travel arrangements.
This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Please Note: Pool will be closed and NOT AVAILABLE from 1stSaturday in November up to the 1st Saturday in March (Winter Months). There will be a $250 charge for the use of the pool during the remainder of the Price Break, Summertimeâs Calling, Spring Value (through May), Tranquil and Getaway Seasons. Pool heater will be included ONLY during the months of March, April, May & October. Hot tub available year round, w/a mandatory activation fee of $80 during the Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.
*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.*
