Wonderful stay with family to celebrate my birthday

This property is very accommodating for large family spacious big open areas with anything you need to be happy lots of porches and great covered porches outside of sitting and enjoy the breeze and enjoy everything. We were delighted fully stocked. Kitchen was just wonderful. Plenty of seating for people you never felt cramped. Everything was nice and open

Lovely house

Great house especially for large groups. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room to hang out and cook in comfort. Kitchen is well equipped. Short walk to beach or private parking area for our use. Melissa was responsive as our go to person. Highly recommend

Spacious home close to beach

This is a 5-star stay. It was spacious home that easily slept our party of 10, and would probably handle up to 14. There are 3 living area floors above garage / storage area for beach toys...keeping the sand downstairs. Very large social spaces with dining seating for 20 on first floor, a bar area, large kitchen, and living room with large screen TV. The wrap-around deck with great views of sunrise and sunset with plenty of seating on back deck was ideal for a low-country boil. Beach is a couple block walk to access stairs. Private parking lot next to stairs, makes it easy to transport chairs, wagons, towels, and bocci balls to beach. We used the pool with small children. And outside shower is a nice touch to wash off sand. We had a great stay and highly recommend it to others.

Just wow!!

Best beach vacation home you never want to leave. What’s not to love? It is a beautiful spacious coastal chic decorum house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms that has all the amenities and features you will ever want or need located in a quiet cul-de-sac with the gorgeous views from front (full front porch and cozy front outdoor balcony on the 2nd floor to the ginormous back porch and a 2nd floor back balcony as well). If outdoor isn’t your thing, 2 large back bedrooms have a large bay window view with built-in seating where you can soak up the sun and have some peace and quiet to yourself. I can literally go on and on but it’s an exceptional home for a large family/group that everyone will love. The Sol Searching Properties has outstanding professional staff who are supportive and available to answer any questions you may have in timely manner.
