Wonderful

We loved everything! There were 16 of us and it was perfect. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and also be together. Beds were very comfortable and the de KS and pool area were lovely.

Topsail Tower is quite roomy!

Topsail Tower has enough bedrooms for a very large family. We had anticipated filling every bed, but had some family members cancel at the last minute. A very large and roomy house, with a delightful pool and a hot tub, which we had not thought we'd use, but did. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked! Better than any house I've stayed in before. The two stoves came in handy, as did the two dishwashers!! Elevator is a must for bringing up suitcases and groceries! We would rent again, if we return to N Topsail.

On our Beach

Lovely, roomy, spectacular location, all amenities. Everything in working order (exception: elevator - which actually worked, but directions need to be on OUTSIDE of every elevator door!!) and we did not receive prompt maintenance on it. Was pool heat actually turned on? Very well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful Ocean Front Views

We loved the house! The views of the ocean from the top and 3rd floor decks were phenomenal! The cleaning crew did a great job before we arrived! There were some beach toys and two beach chairs left at the house, and we left two more for other traveling folk like my family. I would have given it 5/5 but the elevator was broken most of the week, and half of our family group was in the 60's age range. Overall, the house met our expectations and we would definitely rent it again! PS, if the pictures didn't show it, the boardwalk to the beach guess through the pool. Also the rooms with a jacuzzi bathtub (yes, there are two of those rooms) are on the 3rd floor

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Topsail Tower was the perfect place for our family vacation. It accommodated 18 of us without a problem. We felt the house was very spacious for our group. The views were wonderful. The house was very clean overall. The floors could have been a little cleaner. We had a few issues with communication with Vacasa, but overall nothing that prevented us from enjoying ourselves. The only thing that we were displeased with was not being able to get in early. We arrived a few hours early and there was no one at the house. I do understand that check in was at 4:00 pm but it appeared ( as we drove by several times) that house was ready MUCH earlier than that. After a 10+ hour drive, it would have been nice to have that option. Once 4:00 rolled around, we were unable to get into the house
.. the code provided the day before did not work. It took 2 more codes to get one that worked. We were a little frustrated

.but the problem was solved and we really enjoyed our week. We highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again.

Hopeful, yet disappointed

We loved the location of the house, the number of en suite bedrooms, and the open layout of kitchen and living areas. The house accommodated our guest needs. However, there were several disappointments and issues that could have easily been avoided. Previous renters had, for God knows what reason, decided to flip some door knobs around, so they locked from the opposite side, this lead to belongings being locked in the garage accidentally and then we couldn’t access them because the lock was on the inside of the garage instead of the outside. Maintenance came and fixed it and confirmed it had not been that way weeks previously. we also rented this house for the pool and paid to have the pool heated. Upon request for the pool maintenance to come to the house to turn on the heat, we learned heat was not an option because it was broken and maintenance told us that the homeowner and Vacasa were aware. We had to put in multiple requests to have the pool heat charges refunded. Maintenance also knew that there had been issues with the elevator. Yet the elevator malfunctioned and a guest became trapped and we had to call 911.. our handicapped guests, then had to stay on their respective floors until elevator repair company could come and replace hydraulic fluid in the elevator shaft. Nothing was done or offered for inconveniences due to neglect of proper inspections that would have prevented panic and anxiety for trapped guest in elevator and those stuck on their respective bedroom floors
.small gestures could go a long way.
