The outdoor area offers a fully equipped gym, table tennis, swimming pool 3,7 m*8,5 m with 8 deck chairs, BBQ with covered outdoor dining area, also comfortable lounge area next to the living room.

Ground floor and first floor are connected with internal steps.
The whole property is perfectly organized for a comfortable stay for bigger families or groups of friends where you have a lot of space to enjoy your stay all together and have fun, but then again several different spots to enjoy your favorite book without any disturbance.
The outdoor dining area is very comfortable so the whole group can really enjoy in absolute privacy while enjoying a perfect barbecue.
Nearby you have a lot of different activities you can try, such as riding a horse, wind surfing on sea, boat tours to the island Brac, rafting on the Cetina river in Omis, there is also a small golf court and tennis courts (hard court and clay) 10 min with car…and many other things to do in this area.
