The room was very clean when we got there in fact so clean it smelled like bleach as for the comfort it was cozy and warmth the bed was a bit soft to my opinion but i am very picky when it comes to bed the breakfast was average but did not disapoint either overall great experience also another small detail is that the bar hotel is only open during the week which was disapointing a little.

The rooms are great. Big, clean, beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is in the room as well. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was the pool room, there was black mold everywhere on the ceiling area so we chose not to swim. There’s definitely needs to be a deep clean and better ventilation system. Other than that this hotel was amazing, highly recommend.

We waited 15 minutes or more for our room when we arrived. Once we were allowed in, the floor was dangerously wet from just being mopped. Top hinge of bathroom door was broken to the point where door was difficult to open or close. Housekeeping knocked on our door over an hour after checking in for no particular reasons, maintenance came at 10 am the next day to fix the door hinge. Check out is at noon so at that point, we would have much preferred the service was performed after we left. Final issue - no hot water in the shower. Overall, very disappointed in the stay at Green Mountain Suites Hotel. Marketing and photos very misleading too - made to look like a rustic lodge in the woods. It is not, this is another 'chain' type hotel.
