Hot tub never worked came on but thats it only 2 jets worked. Andrea was pleasant the other lady Terrible. Charged my card a non authorized charge. Trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Overall, everything was delightful. The temperature of the biscuits and gravy could have been slightly hotter. But we had a terrific time and Andrea the midday front desk person was super great!

The hotel was not clean the room was ok but needs a lot of work the pool area was dirty the floor look like it was never clean the hallway was freezing and needed to be clean the hotel needs a lot of up grades breakfast was good and the lady server was very helpful and pleasant

This hotel is dirty and well past the time for a renovation. The carpeting in the room was grimy. The elevator made a loud noise each time it ran. The room was noisy from the AC unit and street noise because the windows were ill-fitting. I'm surprised this hotel is part of the Hilton chain.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly help

We stayed for three breakfasts. It was enjoyable because each day there was a new egg entree with different sides as well. Everything was delicious, the ladies servicing the area were pleasant, friendly, efficient in making sure food was replaced and even picked up our dirty plates to dispose for us. The poppyseed scones were YUMMY!!

Room was next to elevator therefore noisy. I was on the top floor and it seemed as though some sort of equipment on the roof (air handler maybe) made certain things vibrate in the room. The AC unit in the bedroom blew air directly across the bed and wasn’t adjustable. The hotel is badly in need of updating. Breakfast was decent.

Older hotel getting updated. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was updated and very clean. When making reservations, only doubles were available. When we checked in I asked if any kings had opened up and we were given a king. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
