Perfect accomodations for our family. The place was clean and the front desk attendants were super helpful. We were able to just walk across the street to access the Heavenly Gondola and also great restuarants in walking distance. We were there for New Years and were worried about there being loud noise but they did an amazing job of keeping the quiet hours actually quiet. Will definitely be back!

The place to stay in Tahoe

Beautiful place in a perfect location for walking to shops. Greeting staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean home with fantastic pool view. We were also pleasantly surprised to get beach free passes for all guests for each day of our stay. We drove, but the resort offered a shuttle as well. I hope to stay again in the future!

Guys ski trip to South Lake Tahoe. Perfect location and condo!

Stayed at Zalanta for a guys week-long ski trip. Condo is new build, so plenty of room for 5 adults. Two hot tubs, workout facility, ski equipment valet, and literally right across the street from the gondola. Perfect condo and location.

Overall it is a nice development and unit in a great location for taking in South Lake Tahoe. The view on this side leaves a little to be desired, being the pool and parking lot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been skiing and renting condos or houses in South Lake Tahoe for many years; The location of the Zalanta condos is great, just a quick walk across the street to the Gondola for skiing and there's numerous options for food and shops right outside the doors. I would stay at the Zalanta condos again in the future, but this specific unit is in desperate need of new furniture to make it worth staying in again. We found ourselves wanting more seating in the living area for lounging after a long day of skiing, especially since the couch was so blown out. The property should not be allowed to advertise that this sleeps 7 as the pull out couch was so uncomfortable that no one would actually want to sleep on it, not to mention you have to move a very heavy concrete coffee table out of the way to use it. Luckily we were only a group of 5 so we had an opening in one of the queen beds open that we were able to sleep the person designated for the couch, but even then the queen beds were like sleeping on boards and the bed frames themselves made loud noises with even the slightest moves. The couple in the King bed were satisfied with their bed, but this unit needs some new furniture to be worthy of the price you pay especially with so many options in the area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
