Fantastic place in South Lake!
We’d definitely come back here after the 5 weeks we spent here in Spring 2021. What a wonderful place!

Cabin
The cabin was a nice getaway from the city life. We did have some issues with the wifi router crashing. Overall it was a nice little cabin. Quiet areas close to the keys.

Lack of attention to detail. Expectations not met even when requested
Upon arrival we noticed the following: 1) Bikes were in disrepair and Bike helmets were placed outside on chair and were dirty and included spider webs. (Because of this we incurred an added expense of renting serviced bikes. Should not have been listed as an amenity) 2) Fireplace: only one piece of wood provided (should not b Listed as an amenity if no wood provided) 3) Only half roll of toilet paper In each bathroom. (Never have I had to purchase toilet paper for a rental property. That should have been listed on items to bring) 4) No paper towels in kitchen (never have I had to purchase for a rental property. Should have been listed on list to bring) 5) broken screen door 6) holes in walls 7) dirty sponge left to wash dishes. 8) dirty and worn out pot holders Took photos and contacted turnkey upon arrival via email and phone. They assured me a team would b out to investigate. No one came. Didn’t want to deal with this while on vacation. Sent photos to an email addresses and received no response. Positives. Great washer and dryer and location

Perfect Family Home Away From Home
We really enjoyed our stay at this sweet cozy home! We were looking for a place where we could include our fur baby on our vacation and this home was perfect. Each room has been thoughtfully laid out and decorated and the little touches of dog friendly details was very inviting. The home is only one property away from the bike trail and so conveniently located between Camp Richardson and the nearest shopping centers, while being secluded on a quiet friendly neighborhood street. Would definitely recommend!

Tahoe Lake House
The stay was great. The house is comfortable. The walls are thin so you will hear everything that the kids are doing upstairs and the tv noise. Did not bother us as I love knowing what the kids are doing :) The biggest issue we encountered was the back door is very difficult to open or we just could not open it at all. We had to use the side gate to enter the backyard. The bikes were a great addition to the stay. Thank you.

Trip during 2020 Pandemic
Sadly this property did not meet expectations for cleanliness in light of current guidance from the CDC or the state for leisure travel. This property does NOT have a dishwasher and the sponge left on the sink was used, looked old and was not clean. There was also a scrub brush..used and not clean. We were uncertain as to the cleanliness of any kitchen items and re-cleaned them before using with one of the 2 hand towels provided. In addition when we arrived the garbage(bear box) was completely full with instructions to leave trash in the garage. In the arrival instructions it stated there is a remote for the garage but on confirming with property manager there is no remote and we had no access to the garage so information provided was inaccurate. All trash had to remain in the house. The yard is just dirt so keep that in mind. The location isn't too bad with proximity to open space and bike path but close to 89 and commercial business. We ended up staying only one night and felt this property was overpriced. We have stayed in many vacation homes and we were definitely disappointed this time.

Amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood.
WE. Party of 6 with a small Pomeranian dog. 2 couples and 2 moms. LOCATION. Is very convenient. It is not far away from the main road, so commute to attractions is quick, but this distance is enough to isolate the house from the noise. Road to the house is good (winter time) and space in front of the house fits perfectly up to 3 cars. CHECK-IN PROCESS. Really easy! TurnKey provided us with all information that we need in advance. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN AREA. Area is nice and homey. Temperature in the house was comfortable (adjustable). We really enjoyed staying in front of the fireplace in the evening, playing boardgames (there are many boardgames in the property), drinking Mulled Wine and listening Christmas songs. Kitchen table suites 6 persons. There are lots of pots and pans, cups etc. There is a big dryer, which is very convenient after the whole day in the snow! BEDROOMS. My husband and I stayed on the first floor in the bedroom with one queen bed and for me it was very comfortable! There is no closet in this room, but you have your personal bathroom!) There were many pillows and blankets. It was very quiet in the night. DOG. It feels like this house is very friendly. Dog bowls, different nice signs, treats! :) Our dog felt really happy and calm in there! TURNKEY. Really nice company! I contacted them two times with different questions and both times they helped me really quick. We really enjoy staying in this house! The price was reasonable. We definitely would come again!

Clean, well-furnished and well-supplied - kitchen, washer/dryer, grill, TV, bathrooms. Quick drive to both Tahoe trails (e.g. Rubicon, Eagle Lake) and the city. Recommended without qualification.

Cute cabin in great location!
We (2 couples + dog) really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is decorated very nicely and has all the amenities you need. The backyard is fenced and perfect for your furry friends. Upon check in we did notice that 1 of the adult bikes was not operable (the chain was off) but we were able to fix it and took a ride to the Beacon Restaurant (about 2 miles down bike path). Location is perfect (away from casino/resort crowds) and we’d absolutely stay again. FYI: if you book on HomeAway, it didn’t include pet fee ($200) on top of the cleaning/service fees, so I had to pay this extra to rental management company. Overall... nice layout to the cabin and perfect for our size group.
