## Space

Amazing Location!

Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline, within a stone's throw of Heavenly Village & The Gondola, casinos, and restaurants. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 11-unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an en-suite bath with an oversized shower, kitchenette (induction double stovetop upon request) w/Keurig machine, and a king bed and a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (guest needs to have own subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

## Access

The unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave and has direct access from the parking area and has one assigned parking spot, #9. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks. The unique access code will be generated and sent to you by SMS on the morning of your arrival, to the phone number on file.

Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Electric car charging (shared amenity)

South Lake Chalet offers 5 EV chargers for our registered guests’ use only. Please scan the QR code posted above chargers to follow payment instructions. Spots for unit 1 have access to one Tesla (white), and one J1772 (black) charger. Unit spots 2,3 and 4 share one white Tesla charger. Spots 7, 8, and 9 share one J1772 black charger. Unit spots 10, 11 and the ADA spot (please park with a valid placard only, to avoid being towed by the City) share one Tesla charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests.

Beach Access Vouchers

All South Lake Chalet guests will receive a Lakeside Beach voucher for discounted, $5 per person beach access, valued at $30 per person, upon arrival. Beach wristbands purchased will also provide a 50% discount on beach chair and sun umbrella rentals from the Lakeside Beach Association. The beach is open between Memorial Day and closes mid-September, depending on the weather. Vouchers are not needed or provided during beach closure months.

This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

The location was just ideal,close to many restaurants and the main Blvd. Coming back to the room after a day out was terrific. The shower was so great and the bed at night very very comfortable. I was able to get a good nights sleep for the next days adventure

This is my 3rd time being at the south lake chalet! I absolutely love being here because its in walking distance of everything, the cleanliness of the room and has everything I need. I absolutely feel comfortable here everytime and will continue to come here every time i come to tahoe! 10/10 recommend even if you want a night away!

The room was clean, had everything I needed. Decent sized fridge and freezer (almost double most hotel rooms). I appreciated it had air conditioning and heat which can be hard to find AC in the area. Everything was clean.

Very modern condo

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was very clean and well appointed. Bed was excellent! Really appreciated strong K-cup (generic compostable) coffee! Management was very responsive. I wish other dog owners would clean up after their dogs, or maybe that was bear poop!

We loved our brief stay. Our unit was exactly as the pictures showed and the bed needed pillows were so comfortable. My only regret was our stay was so brief. Our only dislike was we could hear the neighbors tv when we were trying to sleep so we were grateful for the white noise machine to help drown it out. But overall we loved it and would totally recommend it to others.

Super CUTE and COZY!! #9

My husband and I stayed here for a snowboarding trip for his birthday and we absolutely loved it!! The room is super cozy with a fireplace that made it and the bed was so comfortable too. The check-in process was so easy with a digital keypad for the lock to get in, which was nice especially if you prefer limited interactions. The room had everything we needed, including a smart TV for movies and a place to hang out snow gear and a place to put our boots. We can’t say enough nice things. Would stay here again for sure!! Great Location

Great location! Walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room was a bit snug with all our things, but it was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy communication via email when we had trouble with the internet. Only issue was they were doing landscaping work the whole time we were there....the good news is they're finished and it looks beautiful. Just annoying with the noise while we were there, but shouldn't be an issue for others now that it's finished. We would definitely stay here again when in the South Lake Tahoe area.

Better than expected

I am happy and satisfied with out stay at Chalet. Room was slightly smaller than what I imagined, but still no complains. EV charger is an amazing plus. Unfortunately our neighbor also had an EV with zero empathy for others, and had his car plugged in 24/7 every time he was in the facilities, even though the car wasn't even charging any more (full). I know this is not your fault, but this experience could be improved. Thanks.

So cozy

Adorable and cozy room. Loved the fireplace, comfortable bed, tv viewing options. Really appreciated the modern finishes and clean appliances. I needed a freezer for breast milk and it froze everything perfectly. A few toothpaste splashes on the wall behind the bathroom sink and bit of food dried to a bowl but those are my only minor complaints.

I will be back! Stayed a week in Unit 9 and could not have asked for a better place to be for my first time visiting Lake Tahoe. Located within walking distance from Heavenly Village, beach access (paid entrance), casinos (although that's not my thing), a brewery with live music, great outdoor seating area, and more. Room was beautifully renovated, cozy, and very functional. Complex is nice and quiet at night, however there was some louder construction noise during the weekdays that started around 9a. Not a problem for me though as I was up and about and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Owners/renters provided detailed instructions on how to operate all electronics in the unit, which was much appreciated and very helpful.
