Perched on the ninth floor, overlooking the beach below, this home is only steps from the beachside action and a short walk from Padre Island's seaside restaurants and shops. You'll also be right next door to Schlitterbahn, putting water-soaked fun just minutes away!

This home has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, fitness center, cable TV, free WiFi, and a DVD player. Kick back in the cool central A/C while the private washer/dryer does the laundry, then end your day with a nightcap on the balcony as you take in the views.

Slip into vacation mode when you reserve your stay at this Texas gem.

Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit is perfectly located near the beach. Pool and facility in general are awesome with game room for kids and media room. Will be back again to this property for our annual pilgrimage to SPI.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The property was always clean and quiet. Definitely a place if you want to snowbird or just relax. Staff was always helpful and always working on cleaning the promise and out. Parking is very accessible and allows for ample coverage if your car in the event of rain.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Beautiful view with great amenities. Very clean upon arrival. Perfect for traveling with family and young children. Only complaint is that the balcony door is very hard to open. If that can get fixed then I would give it 5 stars.

We found #903 Sapphire Condominium very convenient. Very good location and nice building. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Private beach access. Cleaning could be a little better - bathroom sinks did not drain well and had issue with the thermostat not heating up the condo due to the cooler weather. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Beautiful condominium with the perfect ocean view!! The room was in perfect clean condition!

We absolutely loved our stay on condominium #903!! The ocean view was spectacular and felt like at home. It was clean, and well stocked. Would suggest a pizza pan for the oven, extra toilet paper, and trash bags which we ran out of before we left!! Definitely would book again!! One of the girls at the front desk was not very friendly but everyone else was welcoming!!

Not clean

Love the Sapphire and have stayed many times. This is the 1st time for this unit. The unit needs to closed for thorough cleaning including furniture and grout throughout.
