South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

Needs a good clean. Advertised as ‘linen provided’, but two days before check-in, received an email telling us to bring our own sheets and towels. We had already left home. Fortunately, there was sheets and towels provided- of very poor quality. No clothes dryer, as advertised, either.Location was excellent

Great Stay

We had to cancel an o/s trip and booked last minute. The unit was beautiful. I had undercover parking. The rooms were big and had a view of the ocean. We had a terrace with bbq facilities. It is near all the shops, cafes, pub. In general, we had an amazing time at an amazing location.

This unit is in the perfect location, right in town, next to the beach with easy access to all amenities and was nice and tidy.
