We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was well supplied with what you might need for the week. the pool was spectacular and provided plenty of activity for the kids in our group. The views out the back were amazing, especially during the golden hours before sunset.

Exceptional home & property

Literally just got home from our stay an hour ago, and we are all still so sad that our vacation is over. The home, property & amenities completely exceeded our expectations. The Del Mar team was great to work with, and their communication was outstanding. Will definitely book again, and highly recommend.

Beautiful stay!

The house is everything that the listing says and more. Top of the line everywhere. Kids enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the lake. Lots of sun by the pool. Would definitely come back!

Family Thanksgiving

The property was great - a beautiful home that had everything needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The kids (an the guys) loved the garage playroom. We'd love to try it during the summer.

Vacation compound

We held an 80th birthday gathering for family and a couple of close friends here. In a word, it was perfection. We had 12 people ranging from 14 to 86 years old, and this property offered exceptional comfort and “user friendliness “ for all. For older attendees, it was easy to move around the house and the property, even for those with mobility issues. There was plenty of privacy with six bedrooms, but also lots of seating and dining space. We cooked most meals in the kitchen, which was fully equipped and spacious. Having two refrigerators was such a bonus! The kids loved the pool, fire pit and bocce court. Adults enjoyed kayaking and even saw a seal out there. We’d love to come again!

Slice Of The Good Life

The property is just as advertised. In some cases better in person than in pictures which is rarely the case these days. The kitchen is a dream, the bedrooms spacious, beds comfortable (even the bunk beds!), bathrooms we’re basically mini spas, and the blueprint of the home overall was well thought out. Front yard is set far from the road with plenty of space for lawn games. Backyard has blissful view of the pond (beautiful sunrise if you’re up for it). The hot tub and heated pool were perfect even with late September temps. Our group had an excellent time, never left wanting for something to do. Our only regret was not getting to ALL activities available at the property. The Del Mar Vacations guest portal was very helpful for managing the various activities and digital devices in the home, as well as, providing suggestions for dinning and entertainment in the surrounding area. Customer service was excellent, I was always able to get someone on the phone to answer questions and were quick to provide text message support following a call. My only very minor critique is there should be a clearer set of directions for operating the pool/hot tub. The remote is not very intuitive and the directions seemed to be missing some crucial details when it came to customizing the temperature. Our next vacation to the cape will be this house or certainly one of Del Mar’s other listings. Thanks for a great stay!
