A perfect retreat for anytime of year located on a beautifully landscaped property with a large heated pool and patio. Enter the house through the sunny living room with adjoining dining room overlooking the rear patio and backyard. A large kitchen and primary bedroom and bath on the first floor. On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, sitting area/office and a large deck. The interior of the house has been freshly painted and the wood floors have been refinished. Just down the road from shopping, restaurants and the ocean beaches.

Amazing stay in this gem of a home!!!
From the moment I saw the house, I knew it was the perfect home for our brief summer rental. And I was right! The hosts could not have been more helpful. I saw the property via Zoom and in person prior to renting (though I would describe the home as exactly as pictured online so this wasn’t even necessary!). Booking through VRBO was quick and easy. The hosts gave us all the information prior to our stay via email and there were printed instructions when we arrived. The home was very “user friendly”. Felt open and airy with just the right amount of essential items, such as kitchen items etc. Only the experienced renter would know about potential downsides of renting in the Hamptons, and this home avoided all of them: the washer/dryer was easily accessible, the utilities were easy to use/up to date/included, there is a private company to handle the trash, and the pool was a comfortable temperature without us having to turn up the heat. The hosts were accessible for a few minor questions we had. The house was very comfortable and in an incredible location relative to the town and beach!! We are very happy with our stay and hope to return.
