Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist, man findet alles sauber und ordentlich vor, nur die Kommunikation bei Anliegen funktioniert zumindest während des Aufenthaltes nicht so gut, das ist wirklich schade, weil sonst alles nahezu perfekt ist!

Leider entspricht die Sauberkeit nicht des 5-Sterne-Ferienapartment. Uns wurde eine Gitterbett zur Verfügung gestellt, welches extrem verschmutzt und die Umrandung nur aus Flecken bestand. Die Küchengriffe waren alle klebrig und in den Schubläden sowie auf dem Geschirr noch Essenskrümmel!Das Spannbetttuch war fleckig im Kopfbereich ...

Das Auffinden des Wohnungsschlüssels war abenteuerlich, da die Plazierung nicht optimal ist. Leider war eine direkte Kommunikation nicht möglich. Die Wohnung selber war toll.Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte ebenfalls optimiert werden(Boden und Fenster).

Die Wohnung hat genau den Angaben entsprochen. Es hat alles geklappt.Einziger kleiner Nachteil, man kann vor Ort nicht frühstücken gehen und wir waren Mitte Mai, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nur direkt in Spalt.Wir würden auf jeden Fall die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Top Modern - Technik ist nicht alles

Eine hervorragende Anlage, sehr sauber, ideal zum Brombach-See gelegen. Sehr modern - und hier ist unsere Unzufriedenheit begründet. Wir möchten nicht ein Technikstudium absolviert haben um die Geräte bedienen und das Licht regeln zu können. Der angegebene Service funktioniert nicht. Wegen der Technik versuchten wir die Hotline zu kontaktieren - bis heute haben wir keinen Rückruf - benötigen wir auch nicht mehr. Wie das "Stimmumgslicht" im Wohnbereich geregelt wird - wissen wir nicht - haben wir einfach leuchten lassen - "kostet ja keinen Strom". Der Schlüsselsafe ist hinter der Gartentüre am Boden angebracht - ohne zu knieen konnte ich diesen nicht bedienen - vielleicht auch ein Zeichen der "geforderten" Demut - bevor "man/frau" die Wohnung betreten kann, muss man "niedernieen". Ansonsten jedoch sehr sauber, top ausgestattet, sehr ruhig und geräumig. Gleichzeitig bietet die Ortschaft gute Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.

Aufenthalt vom 29.12.2024 - 01.01.2025

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung, war nach Silvesteraufenthalt 2023 / 2024 das zweite Mal in Folge. Wir konnten uns generell über nichts beschweren, einziges Manko, die angegebene Temperatur bzgl. Heizung für den Winter 23 C wurde nicht erreicht, hatten nur 21C, ansonsten können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.Grüße aus FürthStefan

Pro: Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, gute Lage, schöne Einrichtung der Wohnung, bequeme und hochwertige Betten Contra: Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, Beschreibung nicht ganz korrekt (Whirlpool ist nicht teil der Ausststtung, man kann einen externen private Spa buchen und bekommt dort Rabatt), Kaffee und Espresso waren nicht wie beschrieben vorhanden

Traumhaus

Es ist eine Art High-Tech-Wohnung mit allerlei technischem Schnickschnack. Besonders die Kids fanden das sehr cool. Auch wir Eltern waren jedoch begeistert. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Trotz des großen Komforts der Wohnung wurden leider ein paar alltägliche Dinge vergessen: Toaster, Eierbecher und ein 2. Wohnungsschlüssel wären toll gewesen. Außerdem gibt es im Doppelschlafzimmer keinen Internet-Empfang, wodurch auch der dortige Fernseher nicht online ist. Ein Repeater wäre hier nötig. Sowohl zu Igelsbachsee, als auch zum Brombachsee sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten. Alles in Allem: Top!
