Appreciated the makeup wipes as i forgot my cleanser. Even though going through construction everything was clean and neat. Room was nice, bed comfortable and loved the pillows. Theresa was helpful on the phone and evening clerk was very nice. Only complaint was i couldn't ever get warm or hot water from the sink and i started my shower with only just barely warm water but finally got hot enough to just barely turn on the cold to make it comfortable.

We checked out 10 mins after we checked in. The parking lot was dark. The room smelled horrible. I spoke t the owner of the hotel the next day and was told by him and a email from Hotels that I would be receiving a refund but I have not seen it yet.
