CHECK -IN: Our check-in time starts at 3:00 P.M. Early check-in no earlier than 1:00 P.M is allowed with an additional fee of $45. Please note that this will be charged upon completing the reservation.

CHECK- OUT: Our check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Late check-out no later than 1:00 P.M is allowed as well with an additional fee of $45. Please note that this will be charged upon completing the reservation. Also, the additional fee stated above is per occurrence.

Very clean and basic apartment that met our needs wonderfully while visiting family in Spokane so most of our time during the day was not at the apartment. There were a couple of items that we put down in the in-stay questionnaire and they were IMMEDIATELY taken care of and that responsiveness was very surprising and appreciated. We would stay there again.

Nice apartment
Overall very good. Much cleaner and better furnished than hotels.motels. Only a couple minor complaints, the most annoying being the upstairs neighbors having an apparent ADHD toddler that ran back and forth all over the apartment non-stop from 6am to 10pm. thump thump thump thump thump thump. thump thump thump thump thump thump . thump. thump. My kids would occasionally stop and play quietly with something in between runs. Not this kid. It drove my dog nuts and she chased the noise across the apartment all day and night, growling and barking. Other than that, no problems worth mentioning. Would stay again.

Great times!
We had a great stay at this property. It was quiet and peaceful, bright and new inside, and with a nice view. It was easy to find parking, and the location couldn't be beat. The amenities are brand-new and dishes, utensils, and cookware are all new. Overall, this place has a brand-new feel to it, and we really enjoyed the stay.

There was a slight mixup with not getting the email of the room and key code, but the manager answered the phone right away and we worked past it quickly. Nice location, clean, and well kept.
