Stay for Sequoia national park
Overall, the house was very nice, but wasnt the location we had thought it was closer to the Sequioa national park and it was a good hour or so away. No stores or restaurants close by. No complaints on house though. very spacious and clean.

Great Place to Stay for a Wedding
We came to town on Labor Day weekend for a wedding at Springville Ranch. We stayed the whole weekend and explored the area. We even went up to the Sequoia’s one day. The house was perfect for us. We stayed with my adult son, his girlfriend and one other couple.

Very Nice Hone
This home is very nice. It is well maintained and well stocked. Everything was very clean and easy to find. We did not use the backyard (all dirt) or BBQ grill (grids too Rudy). The house worked out well for us. Thank you!

Modern home in Springville
Nicely updated home in Springville. The listing is accurate, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/plates, etc. Within walking distance to downtown Springville. The only negative was a neighbor's dog, who was allowed to bark incessantly during the early hours of every morning. I don't know what was going on or why the neighbor was allowing this. It was disruptive enough to consider calling the police. For reference, we are dog owners. Definitely, something that could become an issue during a prolonged stay.
