The property shabby and dirty.

The kitchen was ok, the walls, baseboard and trim throughout the unit needed painted. The furniture was shabby and very dusty. An old, dirty rug was left on the bathroom floor. Bath towels were worn pretty thin. Owner needs to replace some of the vertical blinds in the living room, they don't close all the way. We will not stay in the unit again.

Amazing Place

Everything was great. From booking online to check in. The condo was perfect. The only suggestion would be to get a few more comfortable mattresses or toppers to make the smaller beds more comfortable. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach. We felt very safe with the gated community. It was in easy driving distance to everything. We will be back!!

Comfortable condo but no tennis allowed

Overall, nice condo, nothing fancy but fine for a beach place. Appreciated that they had plenty of towels and dishes. The main downside was, I found the name of the place misleading. My son and I are tennis players and the name of the place is "St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort," so we brought our racquets and balls only to find we weren't allowed to use the courts. Once there, we were told that the courts belonged to a private club and we weren't allowed to play on them. Other than that, everything was fine.

Beach Week 2022

We had a great time visiting family and playing in St. Augustine. The condo is close to everything. The condo has had some updates which make it appealing. A few more ( a little painting and fixing the screen door would brighten it up.) Thank you

Could have been cleaner

Definitely needs some updates inside, as well as better cleaning. Had no working fire alarms upon arrival. Reported it to management several times, and they finally installed new alarms a few days before departure. Patio door was broken upon arrival, then finally fell off. That was also reported within 24 hours of arrival, but nothing done during our staff. Carpet was stained, coffee cups dirty.

Lovely Resort

I really like this resort for the lovely old oaks and peaceful walk to the beach. I’ve stayed here many, many times as a Timeshare owner. This unit was my first actual rental. It was clean and comfortable and very spacious as it ended up being just myself and one son. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the appliances looked new. The staff at Coastal Realty were great; friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent again.
