Casa Coquina offers a uniquely central location for your visit to the nation's oldest city. Located directly across from The Conch House Resort/Salt Run Waterway and walking distance to many restaurants & entertainments, this clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room, Florida room & outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Brewery lights in the trees over the large outdoor dining area. We are a 2-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 5-minute drive to our beautiful beaches. The huge tree-shaded yard is completely fenced in for child/pet safety and total privacy.
The home sleeps 6 but is more comfortable with 4 guests as the third bed is the sleeper sofa in the main living area. We welcome responsible pet owners. Please add your pet to the reservation as there is a $25 pet fee per stay.
Garage and driveway parking available. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Enjoy!

Cottage is very clean, spacious and well stocked. Backyard is a large secure pet paradise! Area is quiet and friendly. Our hosts were very responsive and provided excellent guidance. Check in and out was a breeze. Would certainly reserve this spot again!

Clean and neat as could be! This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while in St. Augustine. The fenced in yard gave some privacy, which we and our pups appreciated. Location was fantastic. 5-10 minutes to just about everything. Bedrooms and living area were cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed playing cards in the enclosed back porch area, and pulling into a garage was so nice! Also (especially as a mom) appreciated the ease and practicality of being able to keep our clothes washed as the week went on so no big overwhelming pile to deal with once we got home. Overall a wonderful place to come back to after sightseeing all day. We would definitely stay again.

Casa Coquina is a lovely cottage in St Augustine. So close to downtown but tucked away in a quiet area. The house had everything we needed and the host couldn't have been nicer. It was great having a restaurant and marina right across the street. We will definitely go back and stay here again!

The host was on point with communication. The place was immaculate, cozy, and in a great location. We would stay there again -- and highly recommend this rental. May be the best VRBO I've rented. And -- while we didn't stay long enough to use them, the patio and backyard were also lovely.

This is a lovely older style but wonderfully built South Florida home...having lived in Miami for years I love this house and the area it is in. It is so nice and so clean, I sat in the yard and imagined this beautiful yard in its hay day. I can only imagine how much love and care went into this yard and home. It is so close to everything and so well stocked. My husband and I and our best friends had the best time for our mini vacay..we will definitely rent the wonderful home again.

After staying in many VRBO properties over the past 20 years, I can honestly say this was the best of the best!! Everything from pictures of the listing, to the descrpition, cleanliness, amenities, location, etc., were all 100% accurate!! Our pups loved the big, totally fenced, back yard, and being able to bring them with us was a huge plus! Sarah, the property owner/ manager, was easy to work with, and very responsive. She has done an amazing job of decorating this lovely home, and has provided the property with eveyrhing you could think of in a home away from home.
