DIRECT OCEANFRONT COTTAGE - Explore this Romantic Oceanfront Cottage located just 5 miles from Historic Downtown St Augustine on the "Best Section" of beach. Loads of restaurants & activities within Walking Distance. No long catwalks. No Cars allowed on the Beach. Just waves & powder white sand steps from your door. Totally renovated in 2012 with Top-of-the-Line finishes. Choose from 4 Cottages ranging 1 to 5 Bedrooms for any size group. Cottage 4 is our most intimate sleeping 2 to 5. It looks like it came right out of Pottery Barn. Crisp White Linens. Bead board walls. Cool Marble Floors. I feel sure after one night, you will agree "It doesn't get any better than this".

2 PATIOS - First thing you will notice is the Outdoor Space and the murmur of the Surf. Sunbathe on the grassy Oceanfront lawn. Enjoy Happy Hour under the Trellis Oceanside Patio. Or Grill on the Private Fenced Courtyard in front. The Grill is both Gas (provide) or Charcoal so you have your choice and comes with a large Outdoor Dining Table.



Marble GREAT ROOM - The huge 8' Picture Windows is designed to bring the outside indoors. Cool Marble floors throughout. Soft Blues. White Bead board. You never forget you are at the Beach! For your entertainment, we added a Big Screen TV with Comcast and Streaming Video so you can share You Tube Videos or Netflix (if you have an account).



INDOOR & OUTDOOR DINING - There are both indoor and outdoor options. Inside is a unique "Cafeteria" table with swivel seats. Great for meals or games. My family loves games and Rummikub is our favorite. We play from 5 to 95 and find it one of the few games where you actually have to think. I hope it becomes a tradition in your family and that you will remember your stay at Seaside Cottages each time you play it.



GOURMET KITCHEN - White Shaker Kitchen & Stainless Appliances plus a new "Leather" finish Granite Countertops. I hope you love it as much as I do. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Pottery Barn dishes, glasses and all the pot, pans and utensils you'll need to create a gourmet meal. I hope you'll enjoy cooking so much you save enough money to stay another night!



OCEANFRONT MASTER - The Master Bedroom is accessed thru lovely Glass Spa Doors. With giant 8' window it has spectacular morning sunrises and 42" TV. There is a King Bed and private bath with Shower, Oval Mirrored Medicine cabinet and Waterfall Faucet.



EXTRA SLEEPING - If you need more room, the Leather Sofa in the Greatroom folds out into a comfortable Queen with a half bath next door. Plus the Daybed is a full Twin Mattress so we comfortably sleep 5.



OUTDOOR SHOWER There is a private Outdoor Shower with hot and cold water. Beach Chairs, Towels and Boogie Boards as well.

Very nicely appointed home right on the beach! Nice pation on ocean side, all drsired beach equipment provided. All cooking items, coffee maker, kuereg as well. Very clean, modern. We were pleasantly surprised by the tropical paradise feel the cottage had with the natural landscaping and abundance of birds of paradise flowers. An absolute dream. The cottage stayed cool, the bed was 5 star resort level comfortable, and the outdoor table and chairs gave us everything we needed. The street was silent, and we star gazed easily. The giant window facing the sand dunes from the bed makes for a perfect sunrise wake up. The walk from the front door to feet in the water was maybe 3 min. There was an extra natural nature element to this area that just made it so secluded and less commercial. Eveyrhing we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thankful for plenty of beach towels. We will be making this a seasonal stop!

Perfect beach bungalow!

We had the most amazing stay here! The house was perfect for my partner and I. The beach access was just steps away from our door, and the house had everything we needed for a beach day (chairs, beach towels, etc). We watched the sunrise from bed every morning - it was absolutely gorgeous! We cannot wait to come back!!!!

Perfect couples retreat

Fantastic space. Unmatched location. Literally almost have to drive on the dune to park it’s so close. Highly recommend this space if you are looking for an authentic beach front property. Character and charisma oozes from the adorable cottage.

Great little cottage

Loved the location! The beach was great. A short drive to anywhere you would like to go in St. Augustine.

GREAT LOCATION AND EASE OF GETTING ON THE BEACH- WISH WEATHER HAD BEEN BETTER LAST 2 DAYS, BUT NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THAT.

Anniversary Vacation

The house is a cute little place, perfect for a couple, not sure it would be comfortable with more than that. We got to watch the bunnies playing, we saw a tortoise in the dunes, very old and large turtle. Tons of little lizards running around as well as the bird life. We even had a racer snake come up to see what we were doing. He ran off quickly though. Our only thing was that we wished we could have seen the actual beach and not just the dunes unless we walked down the walkway (which is right next to the house).
