Horrible room service. We requested for pillows and towels and after waiting for an hour, didn’t receive any. We called again and they told us that they’d send it, but they didn’t send us anything, even after saying that they’ll send us these items. When we spoke to the manager about it the next day, she just said “ok.” The breakfast area was right in the lobby, and it was very noisy and crowded. The food options were limited.

Spacious rooms and proximity to downtown St Augustine. There were also a couple of restaurants nearby which was convenient.

Everything about the hotel was great! Winnie was the front desk lady. She was always personable and welcoming. Great to have someone greet you every day. The breakfast was a little lame. The egg patties were gross and the sausage was too dry and a bit too spicy. Hopefully you can do better with that. However, the room was great. The location was perfect. The hotel was in excellent condition. Very pleased with all of it, except the free breakfast!

Staff was really nice but premises were a bit disappointing. First room bathroom was not very clean, we found stained bathtub and toilet with poop looking particles at the bottom . Yellow stained towels . Breakfast was not good quality and served right at the lobby . I understand it’s a small town but prices at about the same as nationwide doubletree Hiltons and similar .

The staff was great, our room was clean. Close to outlet mall and short drive to attractions. Will be back! The breakfast is satisfying, not a cook to order but lady making the breakfast puts in a lot of effort.

The suite accommodations were impeccable & so roomy, kitchenette also! The amenities were really great. I have to say the staff were so awesome and genuinely concerned that our stay was great for us. Adam & Winnie @ the front desk were wonderful. So helpful, pleasant, and accommodating to us. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be going back and staying there when I an in St. Augustine 👍♥️😊
