Stay at our 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 2 King Beds, Trindle bed with 2 twin mattresses, and a 3rd Bedroom with 2 additional twin beds walking distance to the beach with a private access to St. Augustine Beach. Pool, Hot tub, free parking, nicely decorated. Full Kitchen, access to BBQ grill, tennis courts, and an additional pool. Just a short 10 minute drive to Downtown St. Augustine. Lots of great restaurants to enjoy, tons of places to visit in town and around St. Augustine, like the lighthouse, The nights of Lights celebration from Mid Nov. to the End of January, The Old Jail, Ripply's Believe it or Not, The Fort in town to name a few. St. Augustine is becoming a foodie town with tons of great restaurants to match anyones taste and budget. Come stay with us. We have been hosting for over 5 years with hundreds of stays and have multiple properties. Dogs under a certain weight are permitted and welcome.

The property is kid friendly with portable crib, high chair and if you have little ones that need you near, you can always put them in the trindle bed in the master that has 2 twin mattresses. The master is large, with walk a walk in closet, and plenty of space for crib if you want to have your child in your room. 5 piece bath, with large tub.

TV with streaming channels, smart tv so you can utilize your netflix account.

Our second bedroom also has a King bed, all of out beds are memory foam, so they are very comfortable. TV, closet and away from the master suite.

Our 3rd bedroom has 2 twin mattresses and a closet.

Kitchen is good size with microwave, oven, stove and plenty of storage for food and supplies. We provide a good selection of cooking pans, plenty of plates, silverware, glasses and cups.

Dining room is very large and will seat up to 8 very comfortably, with a leaf inside.
Patio is covered and also has another 4 chairs and table for dining in our beautiful fall and winter weather.

We also have a doggy dish and water bowl for fido.

Our living room is large with a sectional couch that is deep and in a pinch, you can actually sleep on this for those afternoon siesta's and sit all of your guest comfortably around the smart tv.

Doors in main bathrooms does not work normally and main bathtub stopper is pretty dirty, otherwise decent condo, but getting to sea is bad and takes 10 min minimum

Wonderful stay

My family and I stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. The accommodations were clean and excellently located close to downtown St. Augustine. We had a wonderful, relaxing, and comfortable stay. Shauna was a great hostess.

Wonderful Spacious Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very spacious, and the furniture is super comfortable. It is right next door to the pool and hot tub, so we really enjoyed the close proximity. We will definitely stay here again if it's available in the future. It is hard to find dog friendly 3 bedroom condos, so we were very pleased with how nice our place turned out.

Beautiful property, walking distance to a perfect beach

My 75 year old mother and I stayed in this lovely condo on a recent trip to St. Augustine. We loved that we could easily walk to the beach for sunrises and sunsets (Florida does them so well!) but were only a 10 minute drive into historic St.Augustine. The condo was even better than we expected - the picture simply don’t do it justice! It was spotlessly clean, very nicely appointed and beautifully decorated. The sheets were incredible - I’ve bought a set for my home after the gracious owner told me where to find them. The first floor location with such easy access to the underground parking was perfect for my mom with mobility issues. Thank you for a perfect stay! These gulf coast Floridians will definitely be returning.

Property is exactly as posted-clean, adequately equiped, great parking options, and host very responsive, and dog friendly! It has a nice vacation home vibe. Location is ideal-two minute walk to the beach, ten minute drive to St A, so many restaurants even closer.

LOVED IT

A big thank you to Shauna the host for being so attentive. We loved our stay. The VRBO was perfect for our house. Big sofa for the family and dinning table. Area was clean, and the best part was the covered parking on our rainy weekend. Very close to downtown st. Augustine. Can’t wait to be back :)
