If you’re looking to stay in and enjoy quality time, there’s plenty to keep everyone busy. Inside, you’ll find a variety of board games, and in the garage, we’ve stocked ping-pong, cornhole, a classic arcade game console, and a giant Connect 4. Feeling adventurous? Take the kayaks and paddleboards out on the Intracoastal—if you’re lucky, you might spot a few dolphins swimming by!

Planning a beach day? We’ve got you covered with a wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys for little ones.

Need to work remotely? No problem. The home includes a dedicated desk, computer monitor, and printer. Paired with high-speed internet, you’ll have everything you need for smooth virtual meetings.

Saltwater & Sunsets is about 1 hour from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and 2 hours from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Once you’re in Vilano Beach, getting around is easy! Use the 6-person golf cart (extra fees apply) to cruise to nearby restaurants, the beach, or explore the neighborhood. You’ll also find ride-share services, taxis, and local shuttles available for trips into downtown St. Augustine.

POOL HEAT - Pool can be heated for a fee of $35/n for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this amenity.
GOLF CART - Golf cart can be rented for a fee of $125/day for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this amenity. Deposit required.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. We recommend you purchase your own traveler's insurance for your protection.

To finalize your booking, we require a signed rental agreement, an uploaded government-issued photo ID, and acknowledgment of our house rules.

House Rules: Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.
No vaping or smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking or smell of smoke inside the property will incur a minimum $500 fee.
Guests will be expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home.
Being respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors should be considered a top priority.

Quiet time begins at 10:00pm.
Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet.
Certified service animals are allowed free of charge, but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one.
If renting golf cart and key is lost, there is a $800 fee to replace it (this is the true cost of replacement for specialized keys).
