Welcome to Colony Reef 2312, where everything is brand new and first class. This ocean view condo with private balcony, part of a beachfront resort complex, has been thoughtfully renovated and updated with new floors, new furniture, new bedding, a new laundry room, and a brand-new kitchen with granite countertops.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all open, so everyone in your group will be comfortable. If you're planning to prepare meals at home, you'll be delighted by the kitchen and its new stainless steel appliances.

The three bedrooms are quiet, private, and restful. One is a primary suite with a brand-new bed, its own flatscreen TV, and balcony access. The primary bedroom has a king bed, there is a king in the second bedroom and bunk beds that sleep four small children in the third bedroom known as the "Crow's Nest" . For safety reasons, we ask that no one over 100 lbs go on the top bunks.

The condo is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. And newly remodeled bathrooms come complete with safety bars in the master shower and safety bars in the tub.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational activities in this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, hot tub, children's wading pool and playground, two tennis/pickleball courts, and a basketball hoop. Sporting equipment is available in the office during business hours. The indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, fitness center, and changing rooms.

The beautiful white sand beaches are a 3-5 minute walk across the spacious courtyard. The beaches are also accessible by car, with a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Don’t forget your beach towels and sunscreen!

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
