Welcome to Tiki Hut, a charming one-level beach villa located just one house off a sandy path that leads directly over the dunes to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, this 1,132 square foot home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is pet friendly, making it a great option for families or couples traveling with their dog.

Inside, the layout is simple and functional, all on one level for easy access. The living area offers comfortable seating and space to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s breakfast before the beach or a casual dinner in. A dining area provides room for everyone to gather.

The primary bedroom and guest bedroom offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with additional sleeping space available to accommodate up to six guests. The full bathroom is located inside the home, while the half bath is a unique “surfer bath” located outside the formal house, convenient for rinsing off and freshening up after time on the beach.

Outside, you will appreciate the easy beach access just steps away. After a day in the sand and surf, return home to relax in a laid-back setting that captures the easygoing feel of St. Augustine Beach.

Tiki hut is in an ideal location. Steps from the beach and great location to many of wonderful local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki Hut and would certainly stay there again.

Great location

We loved the location, distance to the beach and the home was clean and very welcoming. The allowance of pets greatly influenced our decision to stay there. The whole area was dog friendly with lots of locations offering outdoor seating with your pet, and one place a dog menu for breakfast. Excellent Stay.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki Hut. Everything was great and convenient to many restaurants and one house from the beach. The only issue was it rained all but one day but we still had a wonderful trip.

Great location! One house away from the beach and a very short walk. We could tell the house is well loved and it had everything we needed. The back patio and deck patio were nice bonus spaces we enjoyed!

Fantastic Week at the Beach

The house was just as described. Our party of 5 plus two dogs truly enjoyed our stay! It was a very short distance to the beach, and a short drive to historic downtown as well. Before our trip the property manager was very responsive to any questions I had. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Perfect Perfect

The property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. The house has the perfect beach house feel and location. It was clean and orderly and was stocked with everything you need to stay a few days. We were totally undisturbed and truly enjoyed the low traffic street while being so close to Food/Entertainment.
