- **Two Master Suites**: Each suite boasts queen beds, with the main master featuring a soaking tub, sauna, fireplace, and a 44” wall-mounted television.
- **Additional Rooms**: Two spacious bedrooms also equipped with queen beds.

- **Sitting Room**: Reminiscent of a 1920s swanky hotel lobby, perfect for games and socializing.
- **Open Kitchen**: Designed for togetherness, the kitchen invites everyone to create memories.
- **Dining Options**: Enjoy meals in the formal dining area or opt for al fresco dining in the yard.

- **Full House Reservation**: You’ll have access to the entire property, including:
- Two master suites
- Two cozy bedrooms
- Kitchen, parlor, dining area
- Expansive front, side, and back yard

### Additional Notes
- **Property Care**: I may need to use the in-house laundry and feed the outdoor cats, bunnies, and chickens. I’ll message you beforehand to coordinate.
- **Desert Climate**: Expect hot temperatures from May to August. Each room is equipped with overhead fans and central AC. To maintain comfort, keep blinds closed and minimize door openings.
- **Wildlife Awareness**: Flooding can occur in July during the rainy season, but it’s usually brief. While we have a variety of local wildlife, including cockroaches and scorpions, our chickens help control the insect population. Please store food securely and use the bug spray provided if needed.

- **Pets**: Jack the cat and eight chickens live outside. We are pet friendly, just leash your pet and use designated potty areas.
