This beautiful One Bedroom (KING bed)/One Bath condo is perfect for a romantic getaway and also and adventurous vacation for a small family. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is spectacular. With elevator access, this condo is easy for all ages to enjoy. Owners have upgraded furniture, paint, and added new appliances and tile in bathroom and kitchen along with new flat screen tv, bar stools, and dinette set, Living Room futon, free WiFi, along with free parking, The condo's decor is warm, comfortable and will make you feel right at home. Definitely priced right!!

1. St. George enjoys over 300 days per year of sunshine. Condo is close to GOLF, TENNIS, MTN BIKING, BALL FIELDS, HIKING, FISHING, the best outdoor activities St George has to offer.

Excellent paper goods, laundry, dis washer and dishes. Cookwear needs to be updated. Flatware needs more only 3 of everything. Plenty towels, excellent linens. Very quiet and enjoyable. I will be back.

Loved the outstanding view! Very quiet! Plenty of room for two. Comfortable bed and bedding. Would definitely stay here again! Only 2 negatives--1) missing an iron, and 2) the scent of laundry detergent used to wash towels/ bedding was too strong. The scent was throughout the whole condo, almost as if there was a plug-in air freshener. This is more of a personal choice for us as we use an unscented/sensitive brand. Overall, great stay!!

Renter Beware (especially if you have cat allergies)

Checkin was easy and the property had many nice amenities like an indoor pool, laundry machines, reserved parking, and a concessions stand. But the only good thing about the actual apartment was the master bed in the master bedroom. Other than that, the rest of the furniture was soooo uncomfortable and the couch was infested with cat hair. Unfortunately we only figured that out after the first night when my son who is allergic to cats woke up the next day with hives all over. We had to contact a friend in the area and ask if our son could stay there instead. This meant, for the rest of the weekend, we had to drive a half hour round trip to drop off or pick up our son off at our friends house and that he couldn’t be in the apartment hanging out or playing games with the family. What a horrible way to spend a family vacation weekend. I tried to contact the owner and have had no response after multiple messages.
