Welcome to Beau Soleil Estancia, your bright and spacious St. George retreat. This modern 4 BR / 4 BA condo sleeps 15 and offers resort-style living with a pool, hot tub, and patio BBQ. Three king suites plus a fun bunk room make it perfect for families or groups. Ride from the resort to legendary trails like Zen and Bear Claw Poppy, or relax after golf, hiking, or Tuacahn shows. Enjoy an open kitchen, smart-lock check-in, and fast Wi-Fi—adventure and comfort await.

We respect guest privacy but are available anytime via message or phone.

Estancia Resort sits in the heart of St. George’s outdoor-adventure zone. You’re minutes from Snow Canyon State Park and the red-rock ridges of Red Cliffs, with world-class golf and the Tuacahn Amphitheatre nearby.

For mountain-bike enthusiasts, your ride begins at the resort: easily access the famed Bear Claw Poppy Trail network (flowy one-way singletrack through Green Valley) and the challenging Zen Trail loop with slickrock and scenery. Ride from your door for an epic session then return for pool, hot-tub, BBQ and relaxation.

Nice place. We got a little twisted finding the location. Check the building letter ("S"), it can be found on the elevator tower between the 2nd and 3rd levels.Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Great meeting and dining area. Kithchen was very good. The pool was great. We loved the area.

Perfect place

This is probably the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Very clean, up to date & roomy. Nice to have 2 full size couches. Very comfortable mattresses. I will definitely be staying here again. FYI Google Maps do not take you to the correct address. It if you put in Estancia Resort it takes you right there.

Well stocked

Our second stay at Estancia and first in this unit. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals for an extended family of 15. It was also very clean, plenty of towels, comfy beds and accommodating shared spaces. We will be back!

We had such a good time. The beds are comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are a fantastic size, and the pool was great. We have stayed at a lot of places in St. George. This is one of our favorites.

Wonderful spacious place!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was very spacious and well stocked with everything you need (shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom and body wash, plenty of towels and rags and dishwasher detergent and dish soap and laundry detergent and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes for all needs. There is plenty of Pickleball paddles and basketballs and swim towels and games). Each room has its own bathroom and TV. We loved the large deck to relax on and the grill worked Great! We really enjoyed the view of the pool and the deck location at this unit stays mostly shady all day long, which is great! We thought the bed was super comfortable! We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be returning in the future! Highly recommend this place!!

Family vacation was perfect

We came down with my my husbands sisters and their families. We had so much fun and the house was perfect for our needs. We loved the large living spaces, the large rooms and the kitchen. Our kids loved the bunk bed room. The patio was wonderful. We will come back 100%. We are already planning to hopefully make it a yearly thing now. Thank you so much for the quick communication when the pool key was missing. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. Overall it was amazing! Thank you!

Surprise treats

Everything was outstanding. The funny thing was that in the nightstand there was a piece of a granola bar left in each drawer. I didn’t check all nightstands but thought it wa funny. In the cabinet above the sink was a half Estes. Cookie tray. Cleaners need to check for leftovers. Perfect otherwise! Showers were fully stocked and bath towels were nice. Plenty of toys for kids.

This place is AWESOME. Check in was a snap, clean, great view of the pool, shade all day from the great back deck. We went in with really high expectations, and man were we wrong. The pictures do not do it justice. This condo was way more than what we expected. It exceeded our expectations by a lot. We will most definitely stay here again. Our family loved it!!! Amazing spot for a group of friends

I’ve stayed in this condo complex before and as usual it did not disappoint. This unit had four huge bedrooms, a fantastic kitchen with all the tools, and lots of space for our group of friends. The whole complex has a great vibe, lots of families having fun, and the pool complex is great. Highly recommended!
