We have stayed here over 5 different times. They have gone downhill for sure. We got put in a handicapped room which had all broken doors. They would not move us. Dogs everywhere in the hallways and we could hear them barking. They didn't clean up the outside of the property from the dogs mess. They were out of towels at the pool several times and I had to go in and ask them to refill the towels. The continental breakfast was not great.
