A View fit for Royalty

The first villa you reach on our upper road is our Royal Palm.

Once you pull your eyes away from the view, you'll appreciate the comfortable and stylish, fully air conditioned, open concept living, dining and kitchen spaces. The dreamy kitchen is equipped with everything the home chef could desire. Custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and island, round out the amazingly relaxing space.

On each side of the great room, you'll find a king sized bedroom. Both are equal in size, and both have the same floor to ceiling, wall to wall sliding doors found in the living area. Ceiling fan, AC and TV are all included with your amazingly comfortable bed and bedding.

The Royal Palm Villa sits almost directly above the main pool area and is just down the driveway from Orchid, Tower, and Guava Villas.

Beautiful Location

Calichi at Picture Point was an unbelievably beautiful place to stay. The views were stunning and the pool area was fantastic. The living arrangements were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for four adults. Mackenzie was very helpful and took time in getting us situated with transportation and groceries. She also provided helpful recommendations for beaches, water activities and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying at Calichi!

Incredible views

We absolutely loved our villa at Calichi! The view was amazing, the property was so tranquil. The bed was so comfortable! Mackenzie was a pleasure to work with as well! She was always responsible of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible!

We stayed in the Royal Palms Suite. We throughly enjoyed our stay! We are so glad we rented a Jeep to get around the island. We were able to get groceries at the Love City Market so we didn't have to go too far to eat. We went into Cruz Bay for dinner just one night. It's a hike. We thought at first the unit had been smoked in, but Mackenzie the very helpful concierge said it was something they had been dealing with for a while. She delivered some nice candles. Although it really didn't matter because we spent most of our time on the balcony! But if you love aromatherapy like I do, I would bring a candle for the bedroom just in case. We hardly saw anyone on property which was nice, very private! I would come back for sure!

Wow!!

There are many beautiful places in this world, but the view from this balcony will be in your top 10 for sure! Clean, spacious, just be prepared for a frightening Jeep drive by Jeep (part of the fun!)

Beautiful Place with Beautiful Views

We had a great stay at the Royal Palm Villa. The place was clean and tidy and the views and amenities were very good. It's worth the drive and then some. The only negatives were the water pressure being low and previous renters had definitely smoked inside because it smelled like smoke when the doors were shut.

Fantastic

This was our second visit to the gorgeous island of St. John! Calichi is amazing and when we come back, we will be staying with them again! The pictures on-line are accurate but can’t truly replicate the beauty of the villas and property! Please don’t hesitate to book your stay with them; you won’t be disappointed!

Spectacular View and Peaceful

The view was Spectacular! The entire complex was peaceful. The villa was well kept. Everything looked new and was of good quality. The host Alex was outstanding. He met us at the ferry dock and showed us to our jeep rental place; waited with us at the grocery store then escorted us to the villa. He explained to us about the best snorkeling areas, beaches, and restaurants. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the fire pit each day too. We highly recommend this place.

Paradise with a view!

This is one of the most beautiful views on the island and that’s just the start! The house is absolutely fantastic with gorgeous thoughtful design. Great space and an amazing deck! The pool and hot tub area are top quality. We will be back!! Feel super lucky to have found this piece of paradise. Beware though it is far from Cruz Bay and a drive to everything. Privacy, peace and quiet are the trade off. One we were happy to take!! Tom was great to deal with, friendly in addition to being professional, available and proactive!!
