Beneath the Mango Tree Villa is an immaculate island retreat showcasing beautiful stonework and classic Caribbean indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy a spacious covered veranda, sunny pool deck, and sweeping views of Great Cruz Bay and St. Thomas—the perfect setting for breathtaking sunsets and tropical breezes.



Due to the layout and for safety considerations, the villa welcomes guests aged 16 and older.



The villa is also equipped with a battery backup power system that will seamlessly activate during power outages so guests can continue to enjoy a comfortable stay. For extended battery life during outages, we do suggest limiting AC use when possible. 🌴



The Space:

Beautiful mahogany French doors connect the stunning veranda to the open-concept, fully air-conditioned great room. Inside, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchen with counter seating, a charming dining area, and a comfortable living room—perfect for relaxing or entertaining indoors.



The primary bedroom, located on the main level, is elegantly appointed and features a unique island stone outdoor garden shower, soaring cypress ceilings, custom mahogany wardrobes, and French doors that open to the veranda with beautiful ocean views.



Just steps from the pool deck, the lower level offers two identical, thoughtfully designed bedrooms with private entrances, en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning. Large sliding doors frame lovely ocean views and lead to a covered deck—an inviting spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet afternoon with a good book. 🌴



Guest Access:

BOOKVI will arrange for a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a brief tour of the property, answer any questions about the home, and share helpful insights about the island. Check-in arrangements are tailored to your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the area to ensure a smooth arrival.



The Neighborhood:

This beautifully landscaped island home, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, is just minutes from Cruz Bay’s shops, restaurants, and beach bars, and a short drive to the famous North Shore beaches of St. John.



For your beach adventures, Beneath the Mango Tree provides several beach essentials, including chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and coolers to help you make the most of your days by the water. 🌴



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate the terrain on St. John. We are happy to provide a list of trusted local rental companies, and we also have a few villa vehicles available for guests when available.

Other Things to Note:

All Guests will receive a contract for signature for terms and conditions. Once your flight is booked, we ask that you please provide your flight information so we can help plan a smooth arrival and transfer from the airport on St Thomas.



We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services. Guests can expect a few emails to help with your vacation planning. We look forward to welcoming you to St. John!
