The Unit:
This unit is located on the first floor, near the pool and hot tub. The bedroom has one King bed and the living room has one Queen sofa bed. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom.
This unit can sleep a total of 4 people with 2 on the sofa bed. It has all new furniture.
and is the one bedroom side of a two bedroom unit. This listing is for the one bedroom side, however the studio side can also be rented on its own or together with this one bedroom for use as a two bedroom unit.
The unit has central AC, free high speed internet, washer, dryer, outdoor grill, porch furniture, beach chairs and cooler.

The location:
This unit is on the first floor of tower #7 closest to the pool and hot tub.
The property has a shared heated pool, hot tub and sun deck. The amenities building also has a gym with a view of Cruz Bay and a 24 hour front desk.
Grande Bay is a short flat walk into the town of Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay, the main town of St. John, has fantastic restaurants and shopping.
The property is on the harbor beach of Cruz Bay and is only a short hike to some of our amazing National Park Beaches such as Honeymoon Beach and Solomon Beach.


This property is professionally managed by St John Villa Company. We will be your contact person for your vacation. We are here to help you with all your questions as well as your arrival to the island. We have been on island over 24 + years and have been on island managers at Grande Bay for over 14 years. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grande Bay Resort & Residence Club. The location is unbeatable, just steps from town yet peaceful and relaxing, and the views of the harbor were breathtaking day and night. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The pool and amenities made it easy to unwind after exploring the island. It truly felt like a perfect blend of comfort and island charm. Communication was quick and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

This was our first time staying in a condo vs a villa on St. John and we were so happy we did! Not only is this condo very clean and updated, it had everything you needed including beach chairs and coolers. Our favorite part was that you could walk to everything and the beaches were just a short taxi ride away. Owners were extremely responsive, we will most definitely be back!

This condo was in great shape and was a great stay! We’ve also stayed at different grand Bay condos and have never been disappointed. One of the nice things about staying at grand Bay is your in walking distance of the beach bars and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay and wonderful communication, starting with pre-book through check-in and throughout our stay. We loved the close, easy access to Cruzy Bay via walking. This was our 2nd stay on island. We loved the covered parking, the wash area in the parking lot for removing sand from our belongings, and the pool area, just a short walk from our unit across the parking lot. My little loved the hot tub. The unit was clean, freshly decorated, and full of little extras to make our stay nice. I dream of sitting in that covered porch area, drinking my morning coffee, still today. Thanks for an amazing stay. We will be back again to enjoy this Grande Bay condo.

First stay in St. John

Perfect location. Would have been helpful to have info on where to park exactly on site (inside building & what space). I have Verizon & was supposed to have service in USVI, but it was spotty for some reason, so couldn’t talk to my assigned helper. Roads were much harder to drive than we thought. I would come back at a less peak time. We had trouble finding beach parking. Beaches are beautiful.

Beautiful condo with a partial view of Cruz Bay

Very nicely decorated condo with fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, coolers, a grill, and super-comfortable bed. 1 minute walk to town; no need for a vehicle except to get to the beaches and explore the island.

Lovely stay at Grande Bay

Rachelle was an amazing host. She was very responsive and helped with any small thing that came up. I have stayed at Grande Bay previously and it is always a treat. It's so close to town and the views are incredible. Would love to come back.

Great Trip, Great Room

My family and I had a fantastic time staying in this condo. We were there over fourth of July and enjoyed the fireworks sitting by the pool. The condo is located very close to the heart of Cruz Bay making walking around very easy. I highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to return next year!
