There was no menu and was greeted poorly at breakfast, they tried to make us pay, but breakfast was already apart of my stay, the room that I visited online wasn’t the room I received. The people next door to me had bowels backing up in their shower and the smell was disturbing. I reported, but they offered a half refund, but I believe I deserve a full refund for what I have been through

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I specifically booked it because it was advertised as pet-free due to my severe allergies. Yet, during my stay, I saw pets in the hotel, including on the elevator. This is completely unacceptable and directly misleading,not what Expedia or the hotel promised. On top of that, I was charged for parking and other unexpected fees, which adds insult to injury. This experience was far below expectations, and I feel misled and disrespected as a guest. I expect a full refund immediately, as the services advertised were clearly not provided.

Fine, noticed marks on the wall from previous guests and banged my shin on the bed rails. Got kissed by a weird gent in the pub area at 11pm looking for a married couple to shack up with. Got left in the cold by the air shuttle driver for 5+ minutes in the morning and wished to be gone.

Hotel room is dirty. The room service knocks on your door early in the morning before you even check out which check out is at 12. Why would they wake up their guests??? There is a loud noise coming from the vent. The shower drain was clogged and the water just overflowed. I have stayed at this property multiple times and its always the same. However, during my most recent stay, I was double charged which is why I decided to leave a review. Unacceptable.

The STAFF!!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!!!!!! I would have given five stars HOWEVER y'all MUST update the rooms, CLEAN THE BATHROOMS OFTEN and get the carpets cleaned more thoroughly!!!! Oh and CHARGING for a late checkout and WiFi is EGREGIOUS!!! Otherwise, the service was top tier! The food was good and the bar is great!!! I PUT MY MONEY WHERE MY MOUTH IS AND I TIP VERY WELL!!!

The room was good, staff was friendly. Walls were a little thin could hear everything everyone was doing. I thought parking was free it is not its 20 a night which is a little ridiculous. And you have to pay extra to check in early. I will not stay here again for my yearly trip to st.louis
