Water front home nestled in quaint village of Bozman with dock/pier for fishing, crabbing or just enjoying what the Eastern Shore has to offer - sipping your beverage of choice from the deck just off the gathering room where there is a fireplace and comfy seating and shelves of games and more. The breakfast nook, counter seating and large custom kitchen make cooking meals a delight . A second space where adults can watch their shows or read a good book is tucked off the foyer as well as the large dining room with seating for all. We have included a child size table for two , AS WELL. All on the first floor. The second floor sleeps EIGHT very comfortably in bedroom with day bed w/trundle and its two king bedrooms and one bedroom with two double size beds, one in suite bathroom and one hall bathroom. Don't forget the breezy covered front porch reminding you of days gone by.
All this just a short drive to St. Michaels for shopping and museums or Tilghman Island and a glimpse of the mighty Chesapeake Bay and a look at life in a fisherman's village.

The most perfect family house

My family always stays in the St. Michael's area for Thanksgiving, and we've rented several different homes over the past 12 years or so. This one was perfect for family. Cozy and comfortable, well-appointed, with everything you could need. The beds were really comfortable too, which you don't always find in vacation rentals. I would definitely rent there again!

Lovely Anniversary Weekend

We went to this wonderful home for our 32nd wedding anniversary and it was so lovely. The home was so comfy and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the sunsets were spectacular. We enjoyed every minute! Barbara was just so delightful and helpful. She made everything perfect! Would love to stay again some time.

Perfect house in St Michaels!

This house has everything! A beautiful massive yard going out to the water, 5 mins from downtown St Micheals, fully equipped with everything you need to cook! We stayed with two couples and 2 three year olds, it was the perfect set up! Thanks so much for hosting us!

A wonderful location and a well stocked home

We were former owners of a home in St. Michaels for 20 years and really loved this house as a rental. The location is wonderful, the views beautiful, and the house was clean and comfortable. We would certainly recommend it to others and will plan to stay again the future. The one issue we had was with the timely response from the property manager who we had to chase to receive information about how to get into the property. We only heard from her 3 hours before we arrived.

Family Wedding Weekend

Perfect location for a family wedding at the nearby CBMM. The house was clean and well-stocked. The owner was easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner. It was a lovely home and we would stay again.

Wonderful getaway!!

Property was nice. House was as described. Dock had no ladder which made it difficult to use the water equipment. Also property is described as pet friendly and listing states one dog any size, but when the contract was issued it stated 3yrs or older, spayed or neutered and under 75 lbs. The house was well stocked, very comfortable, and clean. Close to St.Michaels and Tilghman Island. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely visit/stay again.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and spacious property! Quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with the dock and water in sight, as well as watching the sunset from the dock. Restaurants and shopping were close.

Nice long weekend getaway with family for Thanksgiving.

Nice property located right on the water outside Bozman and St. Michael’s. This was the perfect, secluded property for our Thanksgiving holiday. We had a great time!

Horrible - Left within 24 hours.

We left after one night and we never got the full refund. Not what is advertised. Massive septic tank problem and was never resolved. Rude property manager when we called for help. Master shower had horrible smell when you turn on the water. The second bathroom doesn't have a shower to turn on at all.

Floods' visit

The property was overall very nice. It was great having a dock that we could walk to. We fished and crabbed daily from the dock. The house was clean and had just about everything we needed. Our grandkids felt very comfortable in the house.

Wonderful Get Away

What a wonderful stay. The house was perfectly clean and stocked with everything you need. Big rooms with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has everything you need with new appliances and plenty of dishes and glassware. The beds were more comfortable than my own with extremely comfortable linens. New TVs throughout the house. The location is a very short drive to St Michaels and extremely quiet. You cannot beat the waterfront location and brand new dock. Bring your crab traps because you can eat fresh everyday. Barbara was great booking and very responsive throughout the stay. Absolutely recommended!

Great place!

Super easy check-in and responsive property manager. The house and property are even better in person than online. Very clean and well stocked. Convenient (less than 10 minutes) to downtown St. Michael's. Really enjoyed the pier, kayak and paddle board!

Wonderful

Great house in an amazing position - we had such fun, including our dog. Its set back from the road with a long dock (water too shallow for swimming, but dock great for lounging), fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Teenager and her friends greatly enjoyed hanging out in St Michaels, just 15 mins away. We’d go back!

St Michaels Getaway

This is an excellent property to serve as a base for visiting St Michaels and the Eastern Shore. It is an easy several minutes drive to St Michaels, where you can explore the main drag (Talbot St), the waterfront, and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime museum, and there are other interesting places to see (Tilghman Island, Easton, the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, Harriet Tubman Museum and Trail). Alternatively, you can sit and relax on the patio or enjoy the dock overlooking Harris Creek. The house is charming and has all the modern conveniences, is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. And in a first for us at least, the bedside tables are wired with four electronic outlets (2 plugs, 2 USB ports) for recharging our electronic masters at night. Agent Barbara was super helpful, answering all our questions, and going above and beyond in helping us enjoy our stay. A winning combination.

Peaceful, convenient location

This house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable for our group. Location was far enough to be quiet and tranquil, but a short drive to everything in St. Michaels. Highly recommend!
