Great Location

The location of the condo was perfect! We were traveling with our adult kids and infant grandson, so the private stairs leading directly to the pool and beach were perfect for nap time because we were able to have the monitor with us and be at the pool while he slept. The condo was very spacious and views were amazing. The cleanliness could be improved with a more thorough job and better pillows for the beds. Having a 2 car garage accessed right by the stairs of the condo was a plus. There was plenty of beach supplies, however, it needs to be gone through because well over half the stuff was broken. We ended up buying a beach umbrella to use which we left there because all the others that were there need to go in the garbage. As far as check in and check out process, it would have been nice to have a keypad on the door for access instead of having to drive to the office to retrieve and return keys. We arrived late at night and left very early in the morning, so the extra step was a bit cumbersome. Overall, it was a perfect spot to vacation with our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Just a FYI. The TV remote in the Living Room did not have batteries, we bought some and left extras. It was cleaner this year then last year

Family Vacation

Great location with personal access to the pool and beach. Large unit with plenty of room for 6 people. When we arrived the unit needed additional cleaning. We found dirty dishes and dirty dish towels in the drawers. The garage was a mess and had a trash can that was overflowing. With a little extra TLC this would be the best spot on the beach.

No Red Tide on my stay!

Our unit had an amazing view with a two car garage and private walk up to the unit. The state was very nice and our family enjoyed it very much! Before we had gotten their red tide was so bad we thought we might have to cancel, however our family got together we prayed and the Lord opened up a beautiful week on the beach playing in the ocean, making Sandcastle‘s and enjoying every bit of what the ocean and pool had to offer. We had a few issues upon arrival, however, after talking with family life styles they remedied them quickly and efficiently.

This is my 10th time renting this unit, already have it booked 2 more weeks. The place is amazing as far as location and decor. I just wish the cleaning crew was a bit better. I once again had to clean bathrooms before me moved in.

Perfect location, great view

Best unit in the building with direct stair access to pool and beach. You can see the pool and the beach from the balcony, it’s a gorgeous place to sit and watch the sunset. Kitchen had all supplies needed to cook for the week. Washer dryer worked out great as we didn’t have to pack as much. Pool is very nice, beach is close and was not too busy. Bedrooms had adequate storage and bedding. Garage had some old chairs and umbrellas but mostly broken things left from other visitors, would have been nice to have a couple decent chairs for the beach. Overall a very pleasant stay and we already booked for next year.

Good Location

Loved that we could walk out and be on the beach in 40 steps. It was like we were in a house and not a condo. Would definitely rent again if there were TV’s in all of the bedrooms.

Great Location

With this condo being right on the ocean and front row to it and the pool you couldn’t ask for a better place with small kids. Having a 2yr old and baby it was very easy to come and go. Will stay again in the future!!
