I experienced a friendly 2 minute check-in and was assigned a clean room and bathroom. There was no outside noise and slept very well. The hotel breakfast was fine by me - loved the fresh fruit! Overall, it was a very good value.

The room was beyond neglected and infested with roaches. Your staff was not Helpful with support at all. They said nothing to the next shift or to the manager/supervisor and did not do anything to compensate or refund my money after the inconveniences and extremely uncomfortable stay at the sure stay by the best western for 2 nights and a cost of almost $200!!!

The rooms was big and clean. The breakfast was mostly muffins and bagels. No hot breakfast like most other hotels offer. The staff was nice and helpful.

The place is a dump. The exterior handrails, doors. And fixtures look like they haven’t been cleaned or painted in 20 years. The carpets are all torn, every fixture in the room is rusting or peeling chrome. I didn’t feel safe at night. Do not stay here with your family!!

The entire facility is run down and neglected. It has the appearance of having seen much better days, long ago, and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Staff was pleasant, but we were double charged for the room, and triple charged for the security deposit upon checking in. We won’t be back.
