This was a studio apartment

The view was a gravel roof. The space was entirely too small. Although the pictures were accurate, it did not say it was on the second floor with the view of the roof. We talked to the property manager and they found us a beautiful place instead and with the ocean view.

Fantastic stay!

The condo itself was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, and the bed was cozy. The resort is well-maintained, with a nice pool area and friendly staff.Great location as you are only a short walk to the beach. Would stay here again!

Right across street from a very nice beach. Had partial beach view. Had nice, heated, pool. Other people at pool were friendly, and respectful of others. Restaurant across street at beach had good food, at a reasonable price. Sunsets at beach were great. Parking was easy. Place was small, but it had nice wall: ocean, wildlife, unique, decorations.

Beach getaway

Had to do the late check in due to flight delays. That was easy!! First night was rough. Our rowdy neighbors decided that they needed to use our patio furniture for their party until 2am. Condo floors were not clean. I love the proximity to the beach but maybe some security at night and better cleaners.

Perfect location for my 8 year old child, elderly mom and myself to walk to the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. The unit could use some deep cleaning such as in corner of walls and possibley a new couch. Im not picky though so would deffinently rent again for the friendly service, easy check in and location!

This is a very nice condo and the facility is very clean, very close to the beach and is centrally located for everything you need for a great time!! This was our third visit to Gulf Winds and we will be back!!

We have stayed at Gulf Winds for several years and love the area. Close to the beach and restaurants, but no heavy traffic. Awesome New Years fireworks this year!

As described, great location

This place was easy to get to, easy to park at, and very clean. Just enough room for one person. Everything worked, and the kitchen is very well stocked up. One minute walk to Upham Beach and you can walk to a LOT of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes or less. Would stay again!

My husband and I stayed March 17-23, 2018. We were quite surprised that we were able to check in much earlier then 3:00 p.m. The check in process was super easy. We were very happy with the location. Very close to the beach and outdoor pool! Both of those were fantastic!! It was a little bit of a struggle carrying our suitcases up the stairs and the balcony definitely needed some work and some outdoor furniture. The pictures were on spot. Everything was just like the pictures. It could use a little updating inside, but we got what we signed up for. We really didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, so overall we were happy. It was close to a lot of bars and restaurants so we can't complain there. If you are looking for a small place very close to the beach with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, I would highly recommend this condo. Thank you David! We really did enjoy our stay!!
