Why rent the condo when you can stay in the comfort of your own private home with a heated pool. This newly renovated home ( in January 2023) situated across the street from the beach is the ideal paradise for your dream vacation.

The master suite contains a king bed, and a private full bath with a walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath down the hall with the third bedroom which contains bunk bed trundle ( twin, full, twin) and 52' TV .

The modern family room with a flat screen TV with satellite programming can be a nice gathering spot to retreat after a day full of sun and beach fun.

The big stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked and opens with double french doors to a recreation room with a dining table for 6 and a super comfortable couch with recliners on both sides. This is a perfect florida room with screens in the sliding doors that open to the pool area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors when you feel like staying of sun.

Outside you will find fencing surrounding the backyard for extra privacy, the heated & lit pool with a automatic cover ( child protection) and an extra outdoor restroom and shower. The tiled patio has a siting area, four sun beds and a gas grill.

In the attached garage we keep everything you need for a beach, as well as washer and dryer. Next to the garage is another outdoor shower so you never have to bring the sand from the beach to the pool and house.
Please note, house has a parking space for two cars - one in a garage one on driveway. It’s not easy to park in a neighborhood.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS; The Redington area offers wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment. You can ride tourist trolley from St Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater.
The Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Shores wild Bird Sanctuary, Dolphin watch and Smugglers Reef Miniature Gulf are just a few attractions luring kids off all ages. St Petersburg has weekly concerts, art shows as well as Salvador Dali Museum and world class night clubs.
Major theme parks; Disney Word, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 1.5 hours away, Bush Gardens 45min, Weeki Wachee Spring 1.5h. Famous Miami 4h and Naples 2.5h drive.

This rental is exactly as described. Very clean and everything needed for a great stay. Ewa was very quick to respond to my early questions. So close to the beach, it has beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon to pull down to the beach.

Only recommendations would be hand towels and washcloths would be nice, bunk bed was loud and creaky and the trundle mattress was all springs. Kitchen was well stocked but the blender was broken. Aside from those minor things it was a 5 star as advertised property

The location. Across the street from the beach. Close enough to the bars with live music. Also plenty places to eat. They provide a wagon, 4 awesome beach chairs and an umbrella. They also have beach towels!The pool was great (small and heated!). We spent a lot of time in the back patio area. I don’t know that I’ve slept that good in a long time as the beds were very sooo comfortable and the pillows were soft and perfect. I would highly recommend this place!

Such an amazing vacation for myself, both sons, grandson and daughter in law. The house is perfectly situated across the street from the beach. This rental was spotless, spacious and helped bring my family together with wonderful memories. I will highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our thanksgiving dinner! We purchased all food and condiments, but coffee was available with a keurig and regular coffee maker. We didn’t bring any beach stuff because we didn’t realize how accessible the beach was, but luckily they provided chairs, coolers, a wagon, and beach toys, which we returned to fully clean and organized as requested. The pool was perfectly clean and we kept it clean throughout the week, and closed when not in use to maintain the pools temp of 89! Everything was perfect and we were so impressed and thankful! Have never experienced such a smooth, clean and safe vacation! Stores were only 5-10 min away. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well-stocked with plenty of sand toys, pool floats, and even toys and games. The pool was perfect and loved by the kiddos (age 3 and 8). The walk to the beach was short and easy. It really was like we had the beach to ourselves. 10/10 recommend everything about this house!
