Everything was great, except the part of reserving the room Expedia offered me a bundle deal. I accepted it and before changing the hotel, I had gone on the chat with Expedia and they said I would still get the same deal because the whole hotel was cheaper and then they told me I had to cancel the first one and then purchased the second one so when I canceled the first hotel which was also a Hilton and then changed it to this hotel. I lost the discount and they wouldn’t honor it but the overall hotel stay was great.

Great hotel. Excellent customer service. I travel with mom and had a king bed. Angelic from the front desk was welcoming and offered us a double bed to be more comfortable. So attentive! While we did not have breakfast, we used the bar and restaurant and food and drinks were good! Ila and Sandra also were attentive. If I come back to St Petersburg, I will book again there!
