Inside it boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 bathrooms, and pool table table. The well-stocked kitchen, open layout, and ample seating make it perfect for family gatherings. The bathrooms are modern and fully updated with plenty of storage and privacy for the entire group! There is also a full-sized washer and dryer at your disposal as well as a guest closet stocked with toys and baby amenities.

Outside enjoy the sparkling screened-in pool (not heated) , fenced yard, charcoal grill, and spacious patio with plenty lounge furniture for the entire family to relax poolside.

Maison agréable mais propriétaire INJOIGNABLE

Maison et environnement agrĂ©able, mais la propriĂ©taire ne rĂ©pond ni aux SMS ni aux Mails. A l'arrivĂ©e la piscine Ă©tait froide car en panne , comme personne ne nous a rĂ©pondu, j'ai du chercher comment annulĂ© la panne de la pompe Ă  chaleur et comprendre que le problĂšme venait d'une vanne mal positionnĂ©e, si je n'avais pas Ă©tĂ© capable de rĂ©gler le problĂšme par moi mĂȘme nous n'aurions pas pu profiter de la piscine durant ces deux semaines. Comment. Pourquoi la propriĂ©taire ne rĂ©pond pas Ă  ses clients ?

Large home with ample space for large group or multiple couples. Close to shopping, golf, etc. Pool was open but was not cleaned, so didn’t get used, unfortunately. Enjoyed sitting poolside though, comfy patio furniture. Tom was responsive and helpful to requests, questions. Would stay here again if back in the area.

The hot tub took a long time to heat up and there were little to no bubbles, the water just got hot. The pool lights didn’t work so if we wanted to swim at night we had to turn on all the patio light which took away from looking up and seeing the stars above. The patio near the pool had left over trash and cigarette butts from the previous tenants and a lot of weeds coming up through the cracks. The house seemed clean but clearly the previous tenants brought a dog. It says on the listing no animals allowed. Clearly they had a dog because myself and my father are allergic and our allergies were affected when we slept in the beds and we found dog hair. I had to call verbo because the property manager would not call me back. I called about early check and no response. When we got there the instructions for turning on the hot tub were not clear so I tried the property manager again. When he didn’t answer/call is when I had to contact verbo and they had to get a hold of him. When the property manager finally called me back he called the owner and the owner said he could track the hot tub with his phone and it was on but it took a while to heat up. The rest of the house was clean. It was nice that they had beach towels for us to use by the pool. Only the master and living room had tv’s and since the lights in the pool didn’t work at night there was little to do. Since it was a short stay it was accessible but definitely not worth what I paid. I will not rent this location again.

We were very happy with our stay at Palm Harbor Paradise. The home is just as advertised, and it was wonderful having so many toddler friendly amenities already in the home. It made traveling with a 1 year old a breeze. Had a great time utilizing the pool, and home had everything we needed, from towels to shampoo to kitchen utensils. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ok but needs better cleaning and maintenance

Upon Saturday arrival, the provided Wi-Fi and password weren’t correct and router not working. Attempted contact with host through provided phone number by calling and texting. No response until after vrbo was called and then got response. Pool had green around edges but assumed it was safe due to being told pool service was on Tuesdays , so we used the pool anyway. Pool service didn’t show up until late Wednesday and said it was algae growth and put in chemicals. Hope nobody got a urinary tract infection. Pool and hot tub need handrails and ladder needed on deep end of pool. Some of the provided pool toys looked like they should be trashed. Layer of dust on headboard in master bedroom. Cooling system has problems keeping house cool on hottest days. People went to shower first night and no hot water. Luckily someone knew to look for a switch near water heater so they had hot water. But no hot water in kitchen sink entire time. Conflicting check out info on multiple sheets posted. Places should be totally ready ands guests should should not have to deal with things like this.Despite the multiple small aggravations, the place has very nice bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. There was also an ample supply of trash bags and laundry detergent for 8 people to stay a week. The neighborhood is nice and seems safe.

Well represented by the ad and comfortable for my family of 6 plus 3 guests. Close to nearly anything you might need and also beaches like Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. Host was responsive when needed. Would book this again if future trips put me in this area

Clean. Three terrific, modern bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms spacy and normal. Liked garage w opener. Agents were responsive.Love the pool & hot tub. Could use an explanation document. Hot tub is controlled on site and takes a hour or so to get to 104
 all good, Pool takes three days to heat from ambient up to 80/85. Think this is remote w manager- so if unit was vacant before you - call ahead three days and get it running.Enjoyed it and would rent again!

Fast perfekter Urlaub

Der Check-In und der erste Gesamteindruck des Hauses waren sehr gut. Leider haben wir erst bei der Ankunft in Form einer Notiz die Info bekommen, dass die SpĂŒlmaschine nicht funktioniert und nicht genutzt werden kann. Über den gesamten Aufenthalt mussten wir somit tĂ€glich Geschirr fĂŒr sieben Personen von Hand abspĂŒlen, was wertvolle Zeit gekostet hat. Bei der Ankunft war leider auch der Pool verdreckt, da die Filteranlage nicht lief. Nachdem nach drei Tagen der wöchentliche Pool-Service da war, lief aber alles einwandfrei und der Pool war sauber. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Alles hat den Bildern und der Beschreibung entsprochen und wir haben uns insgesamt trotzdem sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.
