This was a lovely home and very clean and comfortable. The host is great - very friendly, communicative and helpful. Very nice and safe neighborhood as well. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated and there is plenty of space to accommodate a family. Great Florida room for additional enclosed entrainment space. Will definitely come back!

I was extremely happy with our host. She made us feel at home. My wife and I, our 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren traveled to this home from Tennessee so we could celebrate Christmas together in Florida. Prior to arriving at the home we decided we would buy a small Christmas tree at a local store. However, once we arrived we realized the host had gone out of her way and set up a Christmas tree for us so we could feel at home. That was a special moment for my family.

The owners were very helpful and replaced the coffee pot quickly when we discovered it was broken. We did think the floor could have been cleaned a bit better and the folding couch sheets checked. The location was perfect! We loved the big living room that allowed all of us to be in there without feeling crowded.

Our stay was awesome! The backyard was great for a pool / barbecue day and the home had everything we needed to make it happen! It’s a beautiful, updated space with a ton of room to host a large family or group of friends! The privacy of the backyard was also a major plus. Our host was also great and gracious enough to let me check in early to get started on setting up and grilling! 10/10 and would stay again!

We had a very nice stay and were happy with the house, pool, and location. The upgraded kitchen was lovely and the bed in the master bedroom was super comfy! The back yard needed attention and a couple of piece of furniture in the house were pretty worn but overall it was definitely a 4.5 or above.

Spring break vacation

Our family stayed at this property for a week. Our kids had a great time in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and Indian Rock Beach is very close and beautiful. We enjoyed the sunset and the ice cream shop on the corner. We all had a fun time!
