St Pete Airport/ Clear Water/ Unit B

This apartment is part of a duplex side by side, this unit is one level with no stairs, both units are used for Airbnb.
It’s equipped with everything you need for your vacation, just 7 minutes from the Clear Water airport, 20 min from Tampa International airport, 25 min to the beach, 35 minutes St Pete, 35 minutes Tarpon Spring. The house is not completely fenced in, and it has big yard that is shared with the other.

We just checked out of this property and had a wonderful stay. The home is beautifully decorated with a clean, modern style, and everything feels fresh and well cared for. It’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable and inviting.The unit was very well stocked—everything we needed was readily available, from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms. It made settling in easy and stress-free.The location was another highlight. Being at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood made it feel peaceful and private, which we really appreciated. The front porch area with chairs was a great spot to relax, and the gas BBQ was a nice bonus.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Clearwater/Largo area.

Stay was great. The unit is compact, but comfortable and well appointed. Check-in/check-out processes are stress-free and communication was timely. Upon check-in, we had a couple of nit-picky questions that the host was quick to address for us, so we could feel secure on premises. We'll keep this property in mind the next time we're in town!

Check in was easy peasy. Home was very accommodating and super clean. Updated bathrooms and beds were very comfortable. If I could suggest maybe having soap to bathe and shampoo and tissues then we wouldn’t have to go to the store immediately. The TV reception was hit or miss in the double bed room. Never turned the other TVs on. All in all a very nice place to stay. Thank you so much!

Accommodating host and good house

This location worked out really well for my family who were attending a wedding at the church up the street. The host was super friendly and accommodating. The house while had a couple minor issues had a nice amount of space and updated appliances. We had a great time and we stay here again!

Great, quick beach getaway

This home was fully renovated. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was centrally located to shops, restaurants and 8 miles from the beach. The owner was responsive to our communications. We would stay here again.
